Some idiot worker randomly decides to cut me off in an aisle with one of those employee carts and proceeds to slam into my cart while keep going/no acknowledgement . Like what in the hell is wrong with these people?!

And I spent 30 minutes collectively calling this store and couldn't get through to anyone. I would select a department and he would disconnect me and no one would answer at the front desk at guest services. I ended up having to drive all the way to the store just to find out that they didn't have the item I was specifically looking for. I complain at customer service, and they discovered that the phone at the counter is set to do not disturb. They turned me into a Walmart shopper over the course of an afternoon.

Went into this store today and saw that they finally had the ulta section yes it is small but the young girl Ali was amazing and helped me with everything I needed. Someone needs to give her a raise her knowledge on the products where amazing.

Not one but two managers helped me today with a return and merchandise credit. They were both very patient and kind. Please TARGET recognize the efforts your employees give every day. I visited the Woburn store on a Wednesday at 3 in the afternoon.

Went to this Target a week ago for a few simple items on a Sunday afternoon and was shocked and disappointed to see the condition of this store. Most shelves were only half stocked making the store look like it did in the pandemic when it was difficult to get enough inventory. Every aisle had multiple shopping carts that were filled with items to needed to be put back on the shelves, if you were in a wheelchair it would have been challenging to navigate all this. Overall it is not a well managed store and is not an enjoyable shopping experience.

Just listened to the CEO Brian Cornell on Squawk box tell investors they pay competitive wages of $15-$24 hr depending on location. You need to look at Woburn and pay hire wages. It's clear to me 'your customer' that you are not paying your workers enough and they are finding employment elsewhere with higher paying wages. Your store is a mess and you can't keep up with the basics of keeping shelves stocked and aisles clear. Clean up your act.

The women in the vest was looking over my shoulder the whole time I was ringing out and she made it very uncomfortable. I looked at her and she said I could only get 5 of card which I knew.

This is the most hilariously chaotic Target I have ever been to. There are piles of merchandise just... everywhere. Boxes of stuff parked in the middle of aisles made it impossible to get around. Target is usually a relaxing experience, but this place is nuts. I have no idea what is going on here, but I will not be returning.

Not even sure where to start -- I've been coming to this store since before I can even remember, and not only have I always been able to find what I need -- but the service is always fast and helpful!

Also, it's a convenient less-than-15 minute drive (by highway) from my house, which means my Target runs never take that long. Unless of course, I get distracted by all the stuff I wanna buy but don't actually need .

I had a wonderful experience with customer service a few weeks ago. I believe the young man's name was Riley. With much patience, calmness, validation and understanding, he transformed my situation into a happy customer leaving the store with a smile on her face. Remember that most people don't take the time to post reviews, but know you do make such a difference.
