Kelsey always remembers me and my kids by name. She is bubbly and goes above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied. Both my daughters live out of state but wait to go to the eye Dr. when they come home.

Order glasses and contacts and then tells us she
Doesn't know how to put in the order. Tell me to come back when she's not there. It was so
Frustrating. Then I call online number they talk me through getting glasses online and
Two weeks later they never arrive. I call back and was told My order was stuck in some
Process and never made them. I had to place another order and wait another few weeks. In the meantime I had to order my daughters contacts and got them shipped to the store. I got notification they are at the store I go
To the store and manager tells me she looked up order they are arriving at my house. I
Go back home look again and it says
At store. I call again and was told by manager she will check the store and call back
She never did. In the meantime I have
Nina a corporate person calling me no help
At all sounded aggravated. I fill out survey someone reaches back advised they will
Refund me the 175 for the contacts and it was never done. I followed up numerous times and everyone has dropped the ball on me. Our union
Insurance works with target optical
And I will be sure to speak to the reps and talk them into going with another optical company

Dr.Makoni ? I can't ever spell her name and I feel bad. But she is wonderful and friendly and has helped diagnose some issues with my eye. She has taken me in an emergency and everything. She is wonderful. And then there's Kelsey!
Kelsey is the best though, she always remembers your name, your voice even on the phone. She has to best customer service rep ever.
I know when I get her on the phone immediately she knows what I want and need. I love this location and have been here for years.
Highly recommend it.

Below review from Chloe L in 2015 is really in the wrong place. She complained about the lack of produce and WIC acceptance, but that has NOTHING to do with Target Optical. My review -IS- about Target Optical. I easily set up my appointment and I only waited a few minutes to see the optometrist even though I was 10 minutes late. The staff was extremely friendly and my exam went really well even though I was super nervous. The optometrist patiently walked me through every step of my eye exam no matter how many times I asked her to go back and let me look at the previous option. She answered all of my questions and was very pleasant to talk to.

When it came time to pick my glasses, I must've been standing there going over frames for 20 minutes when one of the staff came over and offered to give her opinion on how the frames fit my face and offered suggestions about frames that do and do not have nose guards. She was also very helpful explaining what my vision insurance was going to cover and showed me the cost break down. Overall, it was a very good experience and I would definitely go back again.
