Taco Bell is an average fast food restaurant and this location is nothing to brag about. To elucidate, nothing at Taco Bell is worth eating except the Dorito Locos Tacos, Nacho fries, breakfast crunchwraps, and the Cinnabon Delights. The burritos are absolutely repulsive and the quesadillas are not very good. To be frank, the only reason you're going to Taco Bell is because it's cheap.
Be that as it may, this Taco Bell has some problems. For instance, I went through the drive thru with a group of people, so we ordered multiple orders of nacho fries. The worker wouldn't let us and said that they can only give us three orders. So we had to make three different trips through the drive thru which is absolutely ridiculous. To make matters worse, many times I've gotten old nacho fries from here that were definitely left out for hours. In a general sense, Taco Bell is an average fast food restaurant and this location leaves a lot to be desired.Helpful 17Thanks 0Love this 17Oh no 0Business owner information

This location delivers a new meaning to the phrase "Fast Food". 45 minute wait for an order.
This location seems to be constantly under staffed. The lobby is often closed and no sign on the door. After parking my vehicle I observe several cars get in line while I attempt to open the door. Placing an order through the App yields fruitless results. Placing orders through DoorDash is worse. The drivers often give up after extensive wait times and it gets reassigned. They don't make your orders....smh. Don't order through any apps especially Grubhub they just cancel orders for you, don't give you an explanation. I feel like we all know very well it's not because the restaurant is crazy busy....

Not to be confused with Petco Bell, which is where they feed you animal feces tacos instead of taco bell tacos, and there is 0 taste difference.
I have nothing against Taco Bell. Except that the food is absolutely awful and has nothing to do with Mexican food and yet is commonly mistaken by Mexican food as Mexican food by most people who aren't Latin.
So okay I have a lot against Taco Bell and it's honestly one of the worst things I can imagine eating and always gives me diarrhea as this one did. But it was the middle of the night and we were leaving the Albany area and there was nothing else open so we got a few Tacos on soft shells and hopefully it will be the last time my girl ever asks for this. Shut this place down.
The employees are miserable and always have an attitude with customers.
They make mistakes consistently when mismatching customers orders or when giving you something you didn't order.
The presentation of food is terrible, you'll get your meal tossed in your bag with the ingredients falling out everywhere.
They'll tell you they're out of something, when you ask if they'd be making any more they tell you 'you should try going to another location'.
They literally try to talk you out of out giving them your money.
I've never seen a poorer display of professionalism in a food business.

Do not door dash order from this location. They will force your driver inside regardless of an empty drive through and your order will sit on the counter because of their stupid policy. Door dash customers are not a priority for this business.

Disappointed for a second time at this taco bell. I sat in line for a half hour and when i finally got to up to order the man told me that he wasn't accepting orders anymore tonight. I understand being understaffed but he let us all sit in line for an absurd amount of time and "closed" two hours before they actually close. There should have been a way that he could have told us he was closing before we all got trapped in a drive thru that we couldn't get out of. Also if you weren't accepting orders we shouldn't have been sitting there that long. Annoyed is an understatement.

Nov 28, 2020Previous reviewI ordered taco bell on Door Dash an hour and a half before they closed, and they waited until my dasher got to them to tell them that they no longer had beef. so when we agreed to having chicken for the tacos, they then said that they weren't using the grills anymore and just making soft tacos. I would have been fine with this if they told me before the dasher got to the building because it was not fair for them to have to drive there for no reason at all and for them to just keep making up reasons as to why they couldn't make our order.
