Taco Bell

Ordered crispy tacos fresco style to go......got home and the tacos were bean.....where's the beef! Not a happy camper since its a good 35 miles from home....bummer!

I have been here not 1 but 2 days in a row. Day day 1: Yesterday waiting 30 + minutes inside. Just to get our order started NOT finished and then the girl walked away because someone called her. She didn't come back!!!!!!!
Left & went to McDonalds.
Going to give them a second chance we really just wanted Taco Bell.
Day 2: walk in no one to be seen. Someone pops up. As walking away from me states "were out of taco beef " it's going to be 30 or more minutes. And turns around and looks at me.
Left & went to Wendy's
Taco bell after a ball tournament is just what we do. And I've yet to be able to do this !!!!!

The one time I went thru this drive thru no one answered. They were supposed to be open, there were cars in the parking lot. I have not been back.

It's Taco Bell! You always know what you're getting as far as taste. It is close to the crappy motel I stayed at too

online it says that they're open till two and they're not. I think if you were gonna be open till two actually be open till two.

Service is awful. On 2/18/23 at 9pm the entire crew was outside smoking then popped an attitude when one had to go inside to work the drive thru. Left without ordering because of an awful attitude. Horrendous

Hours say they're open to 1am on weeknights. Ordered Wednesday eve 7/27 using mobile app at 11:45pm and it went through, told me to go check in and get my food. Pulled into drive thru 5-7min later, told too late, they're closed. Weren't supposed to be closed for another hour. What's the point of business hours if you just open and close whenever the hell you want? Wasted my time.

I came here as a last resort for food on our long trip from one state to another. they got my order done fast and it was good! they did forget one thing tho.

I ordered 3 quesadilla meals total. That comes with three tacos. I only received my two crunchy tacos, they didn't give me my soft taco. That was the first red flag, secondly on one of my quesadillas there was barely any meat. On the other there was meat and NO CHEESE on the quesadilla. I will not be coming back to this Taco Bell.

A Taco Bell less than 1 mile off the interstate close at 7 PM really? I am used to pulling into a Taco Bell at 3 AM and still getting served. This Taco Bell still screws up your orders anyway.

This is the absolute worst experience I've ever had with any company ever! I was sitting in the drive-through waiting till 10 AM for them to open and they simply told us that they were frying stuff up still and not open yet. Then they followed with if we were really hungry we were more than welcome to wait. When I called to get a number for corporate they hung up the phone on me and disconnected their phone lines they are still disconnected two hours later! I left a complaint with corporate and they said they will be fixing the issue so we'll see...
