Went in today and was greeted by many smiley faces. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They hooked me up with exactly what I needed and really felt like they went above and beyond. Will definitely be going back for my accessory and phone needs. Thank you Eric, Jon and the new guy Angel.

A co-worker told me about the good deal he got on the 5G internet $30 per month or life. So I check my address online and it said I have 5G Ultra, so I go to the store pick up the internet modem/router and two Samsung S23+ phones (don't care about phones but overall cheaper going this route) for a total of $250.09. Took unit home and my internet speeds were 4.5 to 40 Mb per Sec, totally unacceptable for internet service since my Spectrum is running over 800 Mbps, if it was even around 100 Mbps I would have gone with it. Did not even use the phones, took back within 24 hrs for a refund of only $34. I knew about the $70 per phone "restocking fee" so I knew I would be out $140. They also tacked on $76.09 in activation fees. Bought a product I cannot use and it cost me $216.09 for the learning experience that I will never try T-Mobile again as long as I live! Buyer beware, you will not know if you have coverage or not until you try it at home, don't fall for their coverage ads.

I highly recommend this particular place, at the Columbia center mall. (Dont go to the one on GW, they dont have patients, or courtesy for the older generation). Granted, their mostly busy, but it's worth the wait. They are courteous and very patient. Thank you T-mobile.

My wife and I went into the store as the bill was only increasing each month. Instead of solving the problem they called mall security and had us escorted from the store. I guess they ran out of lies to feed us. This was the third visit and this employee's name was Jeonanny (T-Mobile employee id: 4108906.) Now we have filed a BBB complaint. Deceptive sales practices seems to be the norm.

Nov 7, 2019Previous reviewThe T-Mobile store in Kennewick Columbia Center Mall has the worst customer support ever. The manager Sky and another employee named Lidiya will lie to you to sign you up for service. The pricing they quote you won't match what you are billed; it was much more. Record their sales pitch to have proof when they won't back what they claim. They play games when you try to question them; telling you to come in then hiding in the back room to evade you at all costs.

Took my sister in law to upgrade and Had such horrible customer service here. Wasn't greeted when we came in, the guy was rude, he was short with us. Seemed like we were a burden. Didn't even help us set up our new phone. I am so big on good customer service and this store, lacks that hard. Richland and Pasco T-Mobile are WAY better!

UPDATE #3
The T-Mobile Facebook page seemed to be the best way to speak with someone. The most "humane" out of all the people I spoke with yesterday! Finally they called the store for me and the evening manager, Carlos said he will reimburse me $100 for the SIM card charges, but I have to drive back to the store which is 80 miles away. The $200 restocking charges he said no way to. A refund over the phone is apparently not possible which seems odd since I can call to purchase something over the phone...the salesman who originally signed me up for this, his name is Angel, I'm calling out on him to personally pay me back and make things right. His either lack of knowledge/ experience or dishonesty has cost me and my 4 kids a lot of hard earned money. $312 a month versus the $180 I was told my bill would be is a huge difference.
UPDATE #2
Apparently, according to the 11 people I've spoke with in customer service, this manager, Eric could have refunded me all my money, but chose not to and lied in telling me it wasn't up to him. Unbelievable! Sickening and unethical!!
UPDATE...just returned 4 phones after 7 days (3 actual days of working phones) and was charged over $300 for "restocking fees!"
One phone was never opened
They refused to take charges off!
So note to self, NEVER go to tri cities T Mobile!
And never trust the manager, Eric
WARNING!
We just switched phone service to T Mobile through the Columbia Center, tri Cities location
We left after 2 hours of putting together our purchase and contract. 4 I phones and insurance was supposed to total about $180 per month... we also paid $338.43 that day. After one week of waiting and calling t mobile all our phones have the right numbers now and our first bill came for $312! Yes that is our new monthly bill!
Unbelievable
It was harder to buy phones then a car and I totally feel taken advantage of!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
