Supreme Auto Body Works

My first experience with a body shop was at Supreme, and I must say if exceeded all expectations.
Now, this body shop came highly recommended from a close friend, and I'm glad I went with them.

My car had some damage to the front bumper after taking a hit from rebar that fell from a semi, and it needed to be replaced.
The staff here were extremely kind, and were willing to work around my hectic work schedule which spoke volumes. I was able to drop my car off, get an estimate, and have it repaired seamlessly. Even working with me and some of the undamaged pieces to lower the total cost.

When I went to pick up my car, the first thing I noticed was the clean new bumper that looked immaculate, it was placed perfectly, and color matched correctly. After looking it over a bit, I had also noticed that the staff had taken the time to wash my car and shine my tires!
I went inside shortly after to pay for the repairs, and was greeted with kind hellos and family like atmosphere! I gladly paid and went back to my car and when I opened it to my surprise, they had even cleaned and vacuumed the inside. Talk about a staff that takes pride in what they do!
This company went above and beyond and has exceeded all expectations. I'd direct anyone here, even family!

Great customer service...they explain everything as well as follow up immediately with any updates and additional needs. The work is excellent, and timely!

Excellent repair shop. When my car got destroyed in hail damage, they gave me the cheapest rates and the best time. They work well with you the customer and believe in your rights,

My experience with them was nothing less than good.

The only thing i had a slight issue with, and the reason I'm only giving 4 stars is there were some minor delays with the service. This is somewhat understandable though and they do have loaner cars so this would be a non issue for most people.

I have recently noticed a review here on yelp which referred to others excellent reviews. However, I was not able to locate those "excellent" reviews in which this customer refers to. Why were they removed? I have seen these reviews and this was the sole reason I used Supreme Auto Body when I ran my Mercedes into a building. Not only was the work done right it was done quickly and timely. While I know it can take time to remove all the clips due to being fragile and wiring that comes with a car equipped with sensors all over. Not one clip ended up being damaged and all the sensors worked like new. The paint was flawless and of top quality. Customer service was outstanding and they made me feel like lifetime friends and family. I would highly recommend Supreme Auto Body.
