Izzy was amazing!! She cut my hair just the way I wanted as well as gave input on what she thought would look best on me. Love the end results! I highly recommend her. I will definitely be coming back here for my next appointment!

Not anymore. Someone I did not like the vibe of this salon and the fact I feel I had to beg for a simple trim. Not even applying some spray before cutting the hair was strange to me. I was hurried up and at the end I got an uneven trim.

I had a broken shoulder and was unable to wash my own hair. They did save me as I had an appointment to go to, and needed some help. Would use it again.

I had been coming to this location for about 2.5 years and I'd always go to Kaylee (who is awesome but no longer works there). I was happy to find that the hairstylist Jiiyun (I am unsure if I'm spelling her name correctly) does a thorough and fantastic job at cutting my hair! I will miss my old stylist but I'm happy that somebody else on their team can meet my hair needs and practices similar techniques as my previous go-to.

Also advice to new customers... this haircut store typically has 1-2 stylists working at a time. Being seen right away as a walk-in doesn't typically work out so always book online or call and make an appointment

I know I shouldn't judge on one incident. But recently I was here an hour before close and the guy (there was just one stylist at the store) refused to take in my eyebrow waxing request because he had a haircut ahead of me.

I have been here before and also have been happy with the service but this was downright rude.

I've been to this location multiple times and I always get the best service no matter who I see. Love this place and I can't wait to come in again for a great cut!

I only went in for a trim to my shoulder length hair. Most stylists I've been to can cut hair dry, or at least, they just moisten the ends. This stylist, Fajah (sp?) soaked my hair with water, then a few minutes into the cut, she got on the phone for nearly 8 minutes! This was not a quick call, where you take an appointment, then get back to the customer. She was chatting with the person on the other end of the phone.
The cut was uneven. She was very rough during the blow-dry, and the staff was very unprofessional. It was a terrible experience, and I would give zero stars if that was an option.

Both my parents come to this location for haircuts and styling.
I have never heard a complaint. Specifically today, my mom came home and mentioned a situation that happened but noted that the person who helped her today. She noted how Lorena was very kind, patient and gracious with her. Thank you for treating customers so graciously, your actions are really appreciated.

I went for a haircut last week and Jeanine Linn did a good job. So 3 stars for that. I noticed the tea tree treatment on the list of services and took an appointment the next week. This time the service was done by Ashley and looks like she just didn't want to do it. The water was super hot which could have been accidental but she was very rough with my hair as part of the treatment( a lot of pulling and tugging) It was very painful rather than pleasant which is what this was meant for. Also she blow dried on very hot for a few seconds. I requested to turn down the heat but the blow dry was very quick and I left dripping wet. It was written that the tea tree included shampoo, blow dry, massage and mini facial. Please note that the mini facial is just a perfumed hot towel on the face. Overall it felt like she didn't want to do the service or maybe she was interested only in giving haircuts.

I went in to buy a $100 gift card for a friend to be able to make an appointment with an amazing hairdresser that works there. After the purchase i found out that the hairdresser no longer works there. I asked for a refund and Rosemary gave me excuse after excuse on why it cant be done. Very unpleasant to deal with. I left a message after our call was dropped and no call back. Can the owner please contact me and make it right.

I did my hair coloring here for $65, and it's a really poor job. The hair color did not show as Kaley mentioned for hair color 4. And she has no intention to fix it except to pay full amount again. And the bottom grey is still there when she tried to blend it but it did not work! Total waste of money. I suggest you go to a Salon for that amount of money, at least if they did it wrong they make it right without charging people again.
If you do just hair cut and quick service, it still ok to go! Since people working are still very friendly I just won't pick this place again for hair coloring.
