TRASH! I wouldn't recommend this place unless you're looking to be scammed. We've been living here, paying our bills and minding our own for YEARS ever since we bought this home from my mother shortly after it became an all age park. We paid all the charges, fees, background checks and signed all the paperwork they needed before the lady in the office told us our background checks applications and ect had all been APPROVED and that we were good to go BUT COME TO FIND OUT, after we had gotten a complaint about having an INFANT kiddy pool, I called the office to see if it was a joke and they said they have NO RECORD of us living here or who we are! Yet they've been taking our money all these years!? Instead of fixing their mistakes and doing their job like they said they would do, they sent us a notice of non compliance for having unauthorized occupants even though we are in fact authorized to be here?. HOW GHETTO! This whole park is a joke. If anyone was wondering who the new owners are, there are no new owners BTW. It's still the same POS scammer who my mother had to take to court in order to finally receive her title for the home when she had originally bought it from them! The "new" real estate management in the office confirmed there hasn't been any changes regarding ownership when we had asked. Oh and to top it off, some random little baby no older than 2y wondered into our front yard sticking his hands in our cars exhaust pipe. Luckily it wasn't hot and siblings came to the rescue but no parent was anywhere to be seen even when called out for help SO BE CAREFUL BACKING OUT OF YOUR YARD! THESE PEOPLE DON'T WATCH THEIR KIDS & NO ONE IN THE OFFICE DOES THEIR JOB HERE!

We just stopped by Sunset Resort to make a purchase inquiry and the Lady in the office was the Rudest Sales person Ive ever ran into. In today's market with a serious ALL CASH buyer you should at the very least act like are welcoming. What a terrible experience. Not even here's some brochures, website Nothing. She acted as if we had a foul oder to put it Mildly. She said nothing available and that's it. Keep checking on Facebook Marketplace when clearly all the signs leading in to the property said come check us out! Easy Qualify (for those who need it)!! And by the way we must have seen 10 trailors that looked new or redone that looked vacant. All that being said don't ever stop by unless you want someone to ruin your day. My Husband said as soon as we stepped out of the office.. Well she sure didn't want to talk to us!! Share with all your friends looking for vacation rentals.

This is a great mobile home park if you work and live your life without complaining! I work full time 60 hours a week and love living in my newely renovated mobile home! A lot of reviews here pick out the worse part of this nice place, were my friend lives. The management is strict does take care of things that happen. I have lived in Glendale, Peoria, Scottsdale, and now in East Mesa, and this park is on the top of my list. Best of luck to you guys! :)

I lived here in a friends RV (privately owned) for 8 months and I myself never had any issues with the other tenants although I heard many things from older tenants and saw the police in the park a lot. The monthly lot rent included utilities so it was a good price compared to other parks that charged extra for utilities such as electric and water. My biggest issue was with the management. They charged $120 late feet after 5 days, PLUS $10 a day! Then threatened to evict me or to reposses my friends RV which wasn't even mine. Then at the end they were bought out by new management that pretty much made all the private RV owners relocate to the back or leave the premises altogether and they kicked out anyone under the age of 55. It became a joke and they let go of all the security, which caused my shed to get stolen as well as my ladder I had which was attached to the back of my RV. I would not suggest to look at renting there at all unless you enjoy getting screwed over and treated unfairly.

Went here yesterday to look at trailers for a sister of mine and my mother who would like their own places here when they come in the winter. Got to talking to an old man who's lived here for years and heard some pretty horrible things about the office people and the man who runs the park. Many (not sure about the spelling on that) the man who runs the park was out zooming around on a golf cart and what little interaction I had with him and the behavior I saw him exhibit leads me to believe there is something seriously wrong with that man. Took the residents advice and looked up the reviews on the BBB. All horrible reviews. No wonder most of the trailers are empty. Won't be back.

Sunset Resort is the worst and only getting worse. New owners Said give us 3 months and it will be better ? Hah, All we got was trash cans !! The new manager is some piece of work. The water was off Tuesday all day and it's been off all day today Friday!! The manager told my husband "That 's what you get when you live in a senior park !" This is what you get when you interview and hire over the phone. When you go into the office no greeting or told to wait until she's off the phone.. Very rude to tenants and 0 respect. The police are in here more now than ever, she said we will not have a security guard the police can take care of it! The police won't come in here anymore because the managers won't do their jobs... The lady next door went in to ask if they could cover a hole that was dug and left exposed for months the manager told her to stay on her own property or they would have her arrested for trespassing?? The man across the street was told if they think anything suspicious was going on they will break into his trailer!! He told her she'll get shot!. This is just an unlivable situation. I am so surprised that this place has not been condemned . I am continuing to attempt to call the main office over her head in Florida, I will fight this treatment. I have had channel 15 Arizona news crew out her before on this water problem and I will not stop as long as I live here, which hopefully will not be long!!!
