Sunsational specializes in highly effective private at-home swim lessons for all ages and aims to make learning to swim convenient, fast, fun and hassle-free by bringing one of our top notch swim instructors to any pool of your choice and guaranteeing results! Sunsational teaches students water safety and swimming skills quickly and results are seen in only weeks with our exclusive "Learn to Swim Guarantee!" Swim Instruction can begin as early as 6 months of age up to adults, with guaranteed results beginning at 3 years old. Our private swim lessons allow the instructor to individualize the swimming lessons for each student's particular needs. Sunsational Instructors provide private swim classes for all experience levels, all ages, and all abilities: including beginner adult swim lessons, kids swimming lessons, baby swimming lessons & special needs swimming lessons. Customized scheduling is offered and you can choose the swim lesson days and times that will work best for you. We believe that group swim lessons are often a waste of time for parents, driving the children back and forth to lessons all summer long with little results. I got some lessons for my son, who was six months old. My main concern was just making him as safe as possible with a pool in our backyard. My niece and nephew had done ISR and were able to float on their backs and swim to the side at six months. While I will say, sunsational's customer service is great - their teachers are definitely not equipped to train six month olds.
I tried two different instructors. I really tried to like this place. Both instructors were not able to help my son swim- my son who absolutely loves the water and loves being in the pool.
Potentially for older children this would be a great swim service but definitely not for babies. My son is no safer than the day we started. Waste of a lot of money.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We genuinely appreciate your input and understand that our swim lessons did not meet your expectations. Sunsational Swim School teaches students of all ages and abilities. We're sad that your son didn't learn as much as you wanted in his lessons. Your concerns regarding your son's safety in the pool are of the utmost importance to us, and we want to address your feedback in a constructive manner.
It is important to note that we explicitly do not offer ISR (Infant Self Rescue) swimming lessons, as the teaching methods do not align with our teaching philosophy. We understand that for some families and in some situations, ISR is necessary, and that the method can be beneficial. We aim to foster a confident, positive attitude towards the water and swimming, rather than focusing on the "sink or swim" technique. We believe it’s the foundation of a lifelong, positive relationship with the water.
For children of your son's age, we consider several goals to be developmentally appropriate and attainable, including submerging their faces, holding their breath or blowing bubbles, and basic kicking and floating with assistance.
We recognize that each student progresses at their own pace and that instructors may not always be the perfect fit for every child's learning style. In your son’s case, we paired you with two swim instructors after you expressed you were unsatisfied with your first. In addition, after you confirmed the second instructor was a better fit, we added four more lessons to your package at no cost to you.
We strive to provide the best experience to our students and clients. Should you ever decide to give us another chance, we would be delighted to continue lessons with your son.

She never shamed them or was discouraging, always positive and the children responded so well! I saw more progress in 2 weeks than I ever did with 1+ years at a local well known swim school. Every single thing she taught our kids was geared toward safety and not a moment was wasted. I absolutely can't say enough! We love Dale!
