My Fiance and I decided we needed to replace the floors that came with our home. We visited Sunn Carpets and they had a huge selection of flooring. We were able to narrow down the options between two different laminates. After a few days of choosing the stone for our countertops, we were able to decide on which of the two floors would go with the rest of our home remodel. From there, the process was quick and painless. Highly recommended.

Sunn Carpets is the only place to purchase flooring. They have a large selection and know their products well. I appreciated how they listened to me so that they could show me products that worked for us. I needed a carpet to have bound to use for an area rug and the process went smoothly. They are the only place to have rugs bound. We get many compliments on our rug. All of the staff communicate well and are so friendly. I will use Sunn Carpets for all of our carpet, tile and wood floor needs.

We love our new floors from Sunn Carpets. The experience of our home transformation could not have been any better. Rodney was our project manager for the entire project, from picking out our flooring, pricing, financing, to installing. He was the person we met at the store, personally came to our home for measurements, helped us pick out our flooring, showed us what was possible with our budget, and even stopped by during the installation to check on the progress. Rodney was equally invested in our satisfaction as we were and this showed in his professionalism, expertise, and communication. Sunn Carpets' floor installation crew is phenomenal at installing floors. Oscar and his team are trustworthy, kind and take great pride in providing top-notch workmanship. Oscar made sure to communicate with us what to expect and double-checked how we wanted the flooring to be laid out. Our baseboards, installed by Logan, are clean-lined and upgrade our house to magazine worthiness. Thank you Sunn Carpets and all who worked on our flooring project.

So I needed new carpeting for my house, after 7 years of renting it out.
I started at Lowe's, and the lowest price for carpeting that was pet-friendly was $4.67 per square foot. I wanted to check other sources, so went to three others the same day, but ran out of time. Ended up visiting Sunn Carpets late Wednesday morning, the day before Thanksgiving. Thankfully, ran into a great saleslady who was willing to help me, even though she was obviously trying to get home.
She listened to my needs (and we shared many laughs about my Air Force career and her life as an Air Force brat), and offered a great deal on a 25 year carpet, pet-treated, and a pad that was also pet-resistant.
So I walked away that early afternoon happy with my luck!
I got the call the following week that my carpet had arrived, so I agreed to meet there with my installer to pick it up early. But, when we got there, I learned that my carpet was there, but the pads had not arrived. Bummer...
Eventually, the pads came in, the installer picked it up, and I got my carpets installed.
Now I'm trying to pick up enough for one more room... hoping they will all me back.

Wanted new flooring and found Sunn. They had great reviews so I gave them a call. My salesman Rodney gave me a rough estimate how much it would cost and he was pretty accurate. I appreciated that he gave me a heads up before I committed to an appointment. He came to my house on a Saturday morning with plenty of options. We chose to go to the store to see more options and picked out something we loved. Our installer was awesome and finished in 2 1/2 days. He also never left a mess which I appreciate. Highly recommend Sunn Carpet & Flooring.

When my husband and I decided to replace the worn carpeting in our master bedroom, I had an idea of what I wanted but was having difficulty finding the right product. It was a lucky day when we walked into Sunn Carpets Flooring and found Rodney Cooper. He was so helpful in guiding me to the product that matched what had only existed up to then, in my imagination. He was the consummate professional all along the way. When Raif and Jeremiah came to do the install, we were once again impressed with the effort they put into making everything fit and look great. Our condo is full of odd little corners, so it wasn't an easy job. We're delighted with our new master suite floors. Kudos to all who made it possible!

I recently had the carpet replaced in our 3 rooms upstairs & on our stairs. We got 2 other estimates before going to Sunn. It isn't close to our house, but I still wanted to check it out. It had good reviews. We met Jim, owner & were immediately impressed. He talked about the carpet, the durability, their history & their pricing. He just seemed more eager to help us get what we wanted & within our budget. I knew this was the place I wanted to use. No fancy showroom to make it feel expensive. 2 guys spent most of the day putting it in & they did an awesome job. We had a heavy dresser & a futon(in different rooms)that would have been a pain to move, but they were able to move them around so they didn't need to be taken downstairs. We are so happy with it, that when we decide to do our bedroom downstairs, they will be the ones I call!

I hired Sunn Carpets to replace carpet with matching hardwood in a guest bedroom. They were very responsive, super cordial and professional, and the workmanship was excellent. I was very pleased with this company and would definitely use them again!
