Are the wash bays tall and wide enough to wash our Airstream RV. It is about 8.5 ft wide and 9 ft 10 inches tall?
A:
We apologize for the late response, we couldn't access our account. Our self serve bays are 12 feet and 6 inches in height by 14 feet in width.

This place rocks. All of the employees are always thorough and friendly.
The monthly membership, the Big Kahuna, is the way to go. I get my car washed weekly because of the salt air and regular storms. They have other options available and one-off pricing. With the membership, you get a token each visit so you can vacuum your car yourself.
I never had a bad experience there. They do a great job. Two people normally work on my car for the pre-wash and hand-towel dry. My tips are met with genuine thanks and smiles. One time I didn't have cash and told them I would get them next time. The guy just smiled and said, "That's okay. We know who you are."

I come here once a week. The vacuums are stronger than my shop vac at home and make quick work of beach sand. The employees are always friendly and smiling and working hard.
I tried their new hard wax and it's been good so far. My car beads up in the rain nicely.
Would definitely recommend getting your car washed or waxed here. You can do it yourself or run it through the tunnel after they get your car prepped to go in the automatic wash.

Scheduling mistakes twice in one week. I called to schedule an appointment for 2 different vehicles and was given appointments for both, which I promptly added to my phone calendar. The first vehicle's appointment was 3 days after the phone scheduling. My husband took it in only to be told "whoever scheduled you shouldn't have done so." However, after some discussion, they agreed to go ahead and take care of the vehicle and they did a decent job. Confirmed the 2nd car appointment, which was still 5 days away. So we arrived for the10am appointment and I was told "we had you down at 9:30 and so we canceled because you weren't here and have someone else to do now." I explained, I've had this appointment for more than a week, I was told 10am and put it in my phone while still on the phone with the scheduler, and that this was the 2nd appointment this week that they'd made a mistake with. She said "you can come back later this week". I told her we worked during the weekdays, which is why we scheduled for a weekend day more than a week ahead of time. She said "we aren't supposed to do it without enough people." What does that mean? You're obviously doing it with a walk in (thats what she said but, in reality, they weren't very busy at all. A total of 3 cars there, 2 being clenaed by their owners and one about to go through the wash). You saw the appointment on the schedule the entire week? So now you don't have enough people? This made me question whether the excuse about missing the appointment time they had down was just that; an excuse.
You can't honor an appointment your employee made? The 2nd mistake this same employee made in the same week? We scheduled our whole morning around it. We confirmed the appointment earlier in the week. Then we're told "no availability" after they claim we were 15 minutes late (we were actually early for the actual appointment time we were given over the phone)
Maybe look at your schedule ahead and decide whether you need to call customers and say "hey, sorry, but you were scheduled at a time when we dont have enough people. Can we reschedule?" Instead of waiting for the customer to show up and then making up some garbage about the customer being late and slipping that you actually don't have enough people scheduled for the work you've had on your schedule for more than a week.

What a great clean place to take your vehicle they not only have bays that you can do it your self but also have a tunnel where there employees can do it for you!!!!

Great value for what they do for the wash. The staff are very nice. Just wish that they had free vacuum.
