Subway

This is the slowest Subway on the planet. They have ONE person working on a Friday night. Drive past it and go to the one I North Conway.

They have messed up my sandwiches every time I have been here. One time They put the wrong sauce on and the just wiped it off with their finger (it was gloved) but still it had soaked into the bread and messed up the taste of the whole sandwich.

I did not have a good experience here. Despite there being a posted mask policy for COVID safety, it is not enforced. A guy was walking around the restaurant without a mask while I was in there, and amazingly, the subway employee defended him. I was stunned by this. Posting a mask policy is useless if the restaurant defends people not wearing masks. The posted policy is just an illusion of safety for their customers. They have no intention of protecting customer health and safety as the sign states. On top of that, the produce looked old and was wilted and dry. I do not recommend this Subway.

We stopped here to grab sandwiches to eat during a hike. This was the worst service we have ever received. We didn't get the young woman's name, but she didn't greet us or even ask what we wanted. She just stood there and looked at us until we started. Clearly she hates her job. No smile, nothing. It was like we were an inconvenience. The sandwiches were fine, but the service was bad enough that we won't return. There was another woman working, just a bit older than the other, who was at least professional.

Nothing really wrong with this Subway. It's definitely better than most I've been to. And there is an Aroma Joe's nearby too, which is convenient. Overall I would recommend this Subway to anyone passing through. Unlike other Subways it doesn't smell weird and the employees all speak and understand English very well. 5 stars!

Subway is the same everywhere. it's dull and dry in my opinion. Even though they now offer most subs for $5, it's still too much for what you get. I don't know if it's just this restaurant, or all Subways, but since they started the $5 deal, it seems they've begun skimping on everything.

The service here is reasonable, the restaurant seems clean and nice.

Ordered roasted chicken, looked like it was boiled, all same size, pale
looking, looked processed.
Staff helpful but one young man making sandwich. Interior tired, needs a make over.

Better off across road at McDonalds!!

Never in my ENTIRE life have I been treated the way I just was by Felicia. She clearly hates her job. Maybe she was having a bad day. Maybe she was angry that she was working with a gentleman that was training. Maybe she was upset that we were a group of 7 and ordered as many subs as we did. Either way, she needs a few lessons in what customer service looks like. She started off short and eventually turned nasty and condescending. I will never visit this subway again.

This Subway is one of the worst. No matter how many times you ask the counter staff to add more veggies, they don't. They dole it out as if it was meat. Don't they realize Subway made their reputation based on the amount of veggies they gave in their sandwiches? The North Conway or Dover Subways are better than this one. If you can hold out, wait until you're either north or south of this location on Rte 15

They may have built a new building but its the same crap. I've had day old bread that is fresher then their rolls. It seems when there is a national promotion these guys are out of what's needed.
