Came all the way over here to get a 6$ sandwich and couldn't. Bummer I never got a chance to try the food

Tried to get a sandwich at 6:15 pm today, was met with a rude older woman on the phone who yells at me "it's going to be a few minutes, I'm busy I may not take any more orders, might just close up and leave." This was at 6:15 pm and I was the ONLY CUSTOMER in the store...... I dunno what the heck is going on there but needless to say I wasn't too happy. Left and went somewhere else for food.

How can you not like Subway? They have decent sandwiches and are pretty cheap. Where else can you get a footlong meatball sandwich for $5?
Really I only like Subway's hot sandwiches, like the meat ball, since I generally think that the turkey and ham taste like they have water added. Subway may not be the best sandwich place in the CWE (Pickles, Jimmy Johns, STL bread Co.) but they are decent and relatively cheap. Also they have my favorite meatball.

Staff is super slow and location is understaffed. Nobody even apologized for the long wait time. Never coming back to this location ever again. OHHHH and the chicken isn't even real chicken. it looks super processed like rubbery chicken.

Sub was good the staff was very slow and didn't seem to care if I was waited on or not. However the other girl working made amends by fixing my order and my sandwich was made correctly so I have very little complaint besides $5 is a deal.

I've been to Subways many times before and have never had such poor service as this. I went to this location Friday, July 14, 2017. The girl behind the counter was a little quiet yet very polite. It wasn't the quickest, especially since no one else was in line, but none the less, I had a great sandwich for under $5. So no problem yet. I felt like my experience was decent enough to come back again. Fast forward to the next day (7/15/2017). My boyfriend and I enter the store to one girl working by herself and no customers in the store. The girl was wiping down tables as I said hi and approached the counter, all I got back was quick eye contact and mayyyybe a slight nod.. Anyways, I stand at the counter and wait. It's very clear that we were not a priority to this girl, as she didn't come to help us order. After a few moments, I even politely ask if the store is still open since no one was approaching the counter to help us (hoping that this would urge the girl to assist us.) she answers yes but continues on cleaning. At this point, we had been standing at the counter for 3 whole minutes waiting for this girl to wipe down Every. Single. Table. Now, I know this isn't a crazy long time, but I'm beginning to get frustrated as there was no "I'll be right with you" or a "Hang tight for a minute" and keep in mind, we didn't even get a "hello" or "welcome". Plus, there was literally no one else in the store. Shouldn't the customers be at least a little bit of a priority? This girl takes her sweet time without addressing us at all and goes into the back room. It's now been over 5 minutes and I'm assuming she'll come out to help us now, but after a few more moments, I decide it's too late. I left the store before the girl even came out from the back.. I'll take my business somewhere that actually appreciates their customers, thanks! This girl definitely needs more supervision & management around.

Servers were rude and slow. Maybe it was getting to the end of their shift or something, but I waited and waited for them to compete my sandwich and they kept blowing my request off. There were other customers behind me and they were filling their orders and toppings first before they finally completed mine. Then they wrapped mine, but still did not check me out until they wrapped everyone elses. It was wierd. Not your typical Subway experience. The cookie was fresh though and the food was okay.

Worst subway ever. No one was in front to make sandwhiches lady who work there was sweeping up had to call from back..no one still didn't come from back ..I went to pickles a little bit more money ,but someone was up front ...

SUPER SLOW. Be prepared to wait. Understaffed during off peak times so if you have folks in front of you it'll be a while. On top of that there is no sense of urgency even though its already slow and people are in line. Better options around.
