I am writing this review just to appreciate the service I received. This is my first time writing a review on a restaurant... Which means I am truly impressed. I stopped here on my way to NY from MA. I was having a terrible migraine. My husband asked the lady, where he could buy Motrin/Advil from. She recommended a couple of places, but said she had some and came over to give me a couple of tablets. Not just that, she a little while later she asked me how I felt. She truly cared. I don't know her name, but she is great. She was smiling to every customer the whole time we were there. I asked me husband to remember the exit so we can always stop here to eat on our way.

I went to get quick take out dinner from Subway today since I was too busy to cook . Since I try loose the Coronavirus extra weight I choose subway. I ask for half tuna subway on whole wheat and small salad . She did not understand my order I have to repeat myself couple of times .She also was surprised that I wanna order salad like there was no salad on the menu.... it was her first time hearing about the salad ??? They also were were out of whole wheat bread so she make my subway on the Italian bread. The salad also did not look to fresh

I definitely love my Subway sandwich. It has a special place in my heart growing up eating their food with my family. Always quality and fresh. Can't beat that.

Labor Day turkey sub, and no complaints at all (which could be a first, since I have been to a few Subway locations which left me thinking "why did I bother??"). I had just checked in to the Residence Inn across the street, needed something to eat, so I walked over around 3:45 and a really nice woman was working (don't know her name, sorry Subway!). I was the only person there - not surprising, given the holiday and the heat - but the place was spotless and my turkey sub was perfect.

Great staff and beautiful store! Newly remodeled location that gives it a fresh and inviting look. Food is what you can expect from Subway.

I don't want to be too analytical since its Subway, but the idea of the Spicy Nacho Steak sub sounded novel; in my head. Reality set in on the first bite however as I experienced the overwhelming taste of low grade "beef", stale tasting Italian bread, and meager portions of dull tasting jalapeño and green pepper. I thought the Doritos perhaps would set the sandwich off, especially because of the texture aspect. But the fact that the Doritos were stuffed in between moist meat and vegetables then shoved in a oven, the chips came out soggy at best and hardly enjoyable. This sandwich fails miserably on all accounts.
As for the other menu items, you can't make a good sandwich predicated on sparse pinches of brown lettuce and three thin slices of cold cut. It all hinges on quality product and thoughtfulness of construction, and this Subway does nothing to warrant a repeat visit.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Jaclyn N.Middletown, CT4612251023Jul 25, 2016
My girlfriend and I came into this shop for lunch and it was hoppin! There were butts in all the seats, at all the tables, and a pretty decent line. There were 4 associates working a very aggressively effective assembly line. The first associate in the assembly got the type of bread, cheese, and meat my girlfriend and I wanted. The next 2 associates in the assembly added all the toppings for us, cut them, and put them in the bag. The last associate rang us out. It was so quick that I didn't even remember to take a pic besides the one I took of my wrap after we got to her house.
I was impressed that even through the rush the associates kept smiles on their faces. The man getting the bread, cheese, and meat was especially friendly and really made me feel welcome and even entertained. I'm sure the friendly service is one of the reasons this Subway was so busy!
My wrap was great and the service was better. Any time I find myself hungry in this area I won't hesitate to stop in.Helpful 6Thanks 0Love this 9Oh no 0 - Jacob L.East Hartford, CT15216Dec 23, 2019
This is the best place to go if you want the lowest quality of grinders for the price of an actual top tier grinder. I order a regular sandwich with rotisserie chicken and I was dumbfounded when I noticed the portion of meat that the employee gave me. I then asked for double meat because if I hadn't I would be munching on a bread sandwich with a hint of meat. To my surprise, after adding chips and a drink, the cash register rang me out for $22! I thought of all the places I could've got better meals with bigger portions for the same price and I suddenly lost my appetite. I recommend this place if there is no other options and you are in dire need of a quick bite, if you are in ANY other situation, avoid this place.

This place is 'fair' not a bad last minute option for lunch. There seems to be a revolving door of people in this place. I am guessing some sort of high school co-op program or maybe a prison release program.
There are some very slow people at this location that don't seem to grasp even the simplest requests. A couple times a week they get really busy and someone in this location will yell 'the line moves fast'. I really wish they could just shut up and make sandwiches.
NO one at this location understands the request of 'little' and several times i have witnessed the 'sauces' girl yell at someone that she is 'taking it off'Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 0 - David C.Hartford, CT418063Jun 15, 2019
All employees very nice and efficient. That's where it ended. Sweet onion chicken Teriyaki sandwich was chewy and fatty-- could not eat the last quarter of it and kept pulling big pieces of gristle out of my mouth!! The fountain drink, lemonade or ice tea or something similar tasted like water with food coloring in it! That is, no taste at all. Wasted my money going to this Subway-- never again.
