Hello,
This evening I walked down to place an in store order. After entering in, I was greeted with a "we're closed." By a male employee (Antonio). I asked how they are closed when it says that the location is open 24 hours and the sign on the door says Sunday through Wednesday until 12 am . While I was speaking, he walked to the back so I just left. I decided to walk back in to ask for manager as I found it very rude how I was treated and wanted to know why they stated to be closed. The male informed the manager that I wanted to speak to her and after 10 min of waiting for her to come out, I asked him again to get her. She finally came out and I proceeded to ask her why he said they were closed when the signage said they were open and the door was unlocked. She said, we are closed. I asked for her name and she just ignored me. I find this whole situation to be horrible customer service. I have never in my entire life experienced such unprofessional staff behavior. Mayenne appeared to have no hesitation to be unfriendly and rude. It was very visible that she did not want to be there. She didn't even manage to make the sub I wanted. PLUS she did not understand a single word I was saying and got pissed when I asked her several times to repeat what she said. On top of that, even though there were no customers ANYWHERE, the store looked like an entire football team had thrown their food on the floor. I would suggest sweeping the tables and the floor a couple of times a day... not coming back to this Subway. Sadly, one can't give zero stars on this app.

Ordered thru the mobile app. It said it'll be ready at 8:10pm. Got their a bit early and waited till 8:10pm to be respectful. When I got to the cashier they said they still need to make it which was annoying since I ordered early so I didn't have to wait. There were clear instructions to add Baja chipotle and have my foot long cut into (3) pieces but the cashier said both weren't on the receipt but I clearly see it on the receipt.

Always almost burnt cookies and stale bread. But the staff is exceptional. Really great employees.

I got diarrhea from I think old Mayo it was definitely food poisoning thanks subway for the liquid poop for like 5 days straight

Workers here did not acknowledge us when we walked in. Asked to use the restroom while he was finishing an order and said I couldn't. He said it was because of "health department" when the sign read NO public restroom. Walked out without ordering a sandwich because of how disrespectful both workers acted.

The service in this place is bad. First time the worker at night for no reason was aggressive and refuses to serve me since then more then a year ago. 2nd time due to religious belief, I do not eat pork and it's produce and came by to get Turkey and egg sandwich. I wanted to order via h et eats and this option doesn't exist there. The worker said she wants to help and told me to order breakfast egg and cheese sandwich and add Turkey. When showing her this option doesn't exist, I asked to substitute bacon with Turkey (they are same cost) and they refused to do so because that's the menu and couldn't overthink a millimeter towards a loyal costumer. When saying "don't take it personal but that's a stupid situation" she started yelling holding a broom's stick asking me aggressively who did I dare call stupid. Small reaction by small person would never stop by after ordering 2-3 times a week different types of sandwiches everyone don't support this business.

I'm extremely frustrated at this subway on Hollywood very bad customer service never coming back here again. The lady try to keep my money and charge me more for my order

Worst Subway experience ever!! Had made an online order as I wait for my sandwich to be ready parked right in front of the store. Watch them stand around. When I arrived at time to pick up they told me that they didn't have my Order mad that maybe it was voided but the charge was to my card. The older lady walked away and completely disregarded us and kept helping customer so as we spoke up about it she started raising her voice and saying that if we wanted our sandwich's we would have to pay again and I showed her they had already charged me she again walked away and disregard us. Then some guy I guess was going to "help" us but same thing completely rude, unprofessional, people i never got my sandwich and ended up with a charge on my card for food we didn't get . DONT EAT HERE!! THEY SCAM PEOPLE.
