I have been in twice and the first time the two young ladies behind the counter were talking and when we had questions they were really short and unfriendly. Tried to make conversation about other locations having the item we wanted but they never offered to check with the other stores just told me I should check those locations. Everyone has off days no big deal. My daughters follow them in Instagram and like their close so my husband and I went in yesterday to pick up some Christmas gifts, the young lady working was on her cell. No greeting, never really acknowledged us so we left.
