I posted this on Google, but I felt so strongly I had to come to Yelp and post it too:
Stride Physio is the best physical therapy practice in the world, hands down. This may sound dramatic, but Trevor and the staff here have literally changed my life. After six years of two right knee surgeries, knee instability, chronic pain, and over a half dozen physical therapists in three states from high school, college, to now, Stride Physio helped me turn everything around. After ten months, today was my last session.
Six years ago I completely blew out my right knee skiing off a jump: ACL tear, grade III MCL tear, and meniscus tear. I had a surgery, went through intense athletics-based PT within the Stanford University collegiate training program, and went to college elsewhere and played an NCAA sport. I had instability, chronic pain, and was in constant fear for five years.
One year ago I was playing pickle ball and blew out my right knee again. ACL and meniscus tear. I was devastated, and they told me I already had arthritis in my knee at 21. I had another ACL reconstruction and meniscus repair, and the procedure was not pretty, they had to do more since my knee was in such bad shape, and they found the previous surgery was not as good as it could've been.
I moved to Seattle and found a PT in SLU, but they weren't as good as I wanted them to be, so then I came to Stride in August of 2022. I saw Trevor and he has helped me recover for the last ten months. The 1:1 focus, knowledge, and care at Stride is unmatched, and Trevor is so incredibly professional, casual, and kind. All of the therapists help each other and constantly are trying to improve, and the front desk staff were very kind to me. It is such a positive, healthy, and encouraging environment.
Stride felt like a second home to me, and would always turn my day around. Many times I'd have a terrible and discouraging day, but I would walk in and be warmly greeted by the front desk staff and have a productive session with Trevor, and I would come home feeling amazing.
The depth of knowledge that all of the therapists have is incredible, and the attention to detail and respect for the patient's needs is above and beyond. They somehow strike the perfect balance of pushing you to your potential, while ensuring you aren't in too much pain and respecting your body's needs and limits. The equipment they have is adequate and they have everything you'll need. They have a large range of treatments from soft-tissue massage to cupping to squatting in their gym. They even offer yoga on Thursdays. The billing is clear, and the system they use for at-home exercises is effective.
Now, I am biking 50+ miles, hiking, running, and signed up for a triathlon in August. My knee feels stronger than it has since before my first tear back in 2018, and my mental health is better than it's been in a long time. I have Stride to thank for all of this.
If you are looking for a physical therapist, don't even think, just come to Stride, you won't regret it.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Will M.Seattle, WA77105Feb 18, 2019
I wholeheartedly recommend Stride Physio. In March 2018, I tore both my ACL and Meniscus and was a full auto-quad tendon reconstruction and repair. My confidence was shaken and I wasn't getting the results I wanted with other PTs. Then I met Laurie and the amazing team at Stride.
We worked on not just my knee, but my posture, lifting and workout technique, and finally how to readjust to life and sports after surgery. Ten months post-op, I was skiing at Crystal Mountain and Revelstoke, BC. I am now lifting, working out, running, and have full use of my knee.
If you want to recover and get your life back, Stride will help you all the way!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Alex J.Seattle, WA0136Apr 21, 2020
I move a lot and have been to PTs all over the country, and Stride is the best of the best. I've referred three friends here for all sorts of issues -- frozen shoulders, neurological/structural issues, hyper-extended joints, women's health -- and everyone has absolutely loved their providers (Susanne, Laurie, Lexi, Nicole). Instead of rushing in to treat you on the surface like so many PTs, they take their time to get to the root of the problem and give you a foundation you can use for the rest of your life.
I firmly believe having a PT should be as mandatory as having a primary care provider. Our health would be so much better if we had help before problems started with our muscle tension, posture, nervous system, etc.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Tricia J.Seattle, WA77Dec 6, 2018
From the moment you contact Stride, you can tell how much they care about their clients. The front desk staff is so great, helping figure out insurance and working through the scheduling process. I've seen Laurie and truly look forward to my sessions with her. She applies her extensive knowledge to problem solve and provides an effective, clear treatment plan. She is patient, consistent, and provides the highest quality of care. The best physical therapist I've ever seen - and has the best dog, big shout-outs to my emotional support dog, Ziggy!

I had a great experience here working with Lexi. She was very understanding and considerate through the whole process and clearly cared about helping me reach my goals even when I wasn't in for a session. The front desk staff are also lovely and very easy to talk to.

I'm a massage therapist, and saw Mylan for physical therapy for chronic back and neck pain that bothers me when I work. I've had other therapies, and nothing seems to last! Mylan was so helpful, professional, thorough, and knowledgeable! Her assessment and treatment went deeper than I expected, even getting to the subtleties of posture and breath; and when I do her recommended exercises, I feel a difference immediately. I would definitely send my friends and clients to her for treatment. You can tell that she is passionate about helping her patients, and has a deep understanding of the body! The clinic is beautiful- right on the water, and she has a super-cute PT dog who brings a little joy to the sessions :)

Another glowing review for Stride Physio! Susanne is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and dedicated. She seems to take continuing education really seriously and to be up-to-date on the latest developments in the field. She's also incredibly compassionate and socially skillful when it comes to the emotional aspects of rehabilitation. Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic experience here. I worked with Coral and she was excellent. She was very familiar with my somewhat obscure/rare injury and even did additional research to help me learn more about the potential causes and prevention techniques. She gave me a realistic set of exercises and always knew right where we'd left off when I went in. She is also friendly and fun to work with! The whole staff is extremely warm and welcoming. I will 100% return here if/when I need PT in the future!

I followed Laurie here after moving back to WA from AZ. I saw her for 8 months at a different clinic and I am happy that she is here at Stride Physio. Everyone is so personable, friendly and extremely helpful when I was trying to figure out my insurance. Laurie is a great PT! She is very knowledgeable and knows exactly what my symptoms are and the exercises that she gives me help ease the pain that I go through with my carpal tunnel. Laurie is easy to talk to and very friendly. I look forward to my appointments with her and her dog Ziggy (Stride let's their dogs come with them to work!).
