Stoneside Blinds & Shades

James arrived to give us a free estimate for drapery. We also needed to move some existing drapes around, so James said that is something they do not do. However, he spent an hour of his time taking measurements and giving us great recommendations on what could be done for several windows in our house. There was also one where we were thinking of adding drapes, that it seemed that shades would also be a great option. Really appreciate the time spent and recommendations provided.

Got my shades installed by Mike and it was so quick! Great service.

Mike arrived right on time and was super meticulous and patient given the size of the install.
He was very respectful of all our properties and answered all our questions. The installation went great and was finished within the estimated time.
He cleaned up everything afterwards and showed us the automation feature with our specific blinds too.

We had James out to the house, he was very knowledgeable and gave great suggestions! He was very helpful on our decision making and had several suggestions for each room. We were also pleased with being able to look at several different quotes based our financial need to see what we could get done. Update 7/3/2022: They have been here multiple times and got the measurements wrong in the Master Bedroom twice. It's now July 10 months later and I still don't have my blinds. I'm only giving two stars since James is a rockstar but nothing good from customer service. They don't even bother responding to emails. At this point I'm so disappointed I just want my money back.

I hesitate to give such a bad review as we have worked with this company over the years and have loved our curtains, but each time we worked with Stoneside, and James in particular, things have been more and more unprofessional.

We have Stoneside treatments on all our windows. In early June, we made an appointment to discuss options for adding blackout shades to our baby's room, the last step to complete her move to the nursery. The first red flag was James being an hour late to the appointment, which we were understanding about since traffic can be unpredictable and he did text us to communicate that. Once he was here, we discussed options and he was so flustered, telling us that he was unfamiliar with the product he was trying to sell us and also with the software that he was trying to access to generate a quote for us.

After quite a bit of waiting, he gave us a rough estimate that was about 300% higher than we expected given our previous work with him/Stoneside. We talked about inflation, and agreed that he would go back and redo the quote and ensure the specs were all correct, since he had been unsure about how to enter all the options into the software.

It's been a month now and we never heard back from James, even after follow up messages to him. We ended up ordering the shades we needed with another company, but feel extremely disappointed about how we, especially as repeat customers, were disrespected and made to waste time. We will not be working with Stoneside again.

Stoneside blinds is a great company to work with. We just them installed by Justin he was professional and informative about their product. He was on time and had them done in no time! Will definitely be using them again. Thanks Michelle for all your help! They look great

We had an excellent experience with Stoneside. Their quality and pricing are unbeatable, which is primarily why I chose them. The whole process with Cody, the design consultant, and Mike, the installer, has been flawless. Cody helped us select the blinds that we were looking for. Despite several changes we had made, he patiently helped professionally finalize the design. Besides, Mike is super friendly and is extremely good at his job. He completed the installation very quickly, and the blinds turned out amazing! I'm so happy with how everything went and I'll recommend Stoneside to you all!!

We had a great experience with Stoneside from start to finish! The office was responsive and timely with an initial appointment. Then Cody, our decorator, came out and explained the details and answered all my questions about the solar shades I wanted. The order was placed and arrived about 3 weeks earlier than estimated. Yippee! Dustin M. came on time and installed the three shades, two of which were a bit tricky with corner windows. He was friendly, professional, helpful and left the space spotless.
I would not hesitate to recommend Stoneside and use them in the future!

Mike did an excellent job installing our 25 blinds. He was fast & efficient & a great communicator. Before the install, Heather did an excellent job in helping us isolate our needs. I highly recommend Stoneside.
