Statewide Roadservice

This company deserves 0 stars if the option was available. The fleet company my vehicle is associated with set up a tow with statewide and gave an ETA of 120 minutes, after that time had passed I contacted roadside assistance and was given an ETA of 15 min. That 15 min soon surpassed and again, called roadside and was told 20 more mins for an eta. After that time came and went I spoke with Chrysler personallly and was told statewide canceled the tow due to a "fender bender on the highway" I guess they ran out of excuses. God forbid I wasn't in a safe location... but now 3 hours and 10 mins later and a new tow is being arraigned.

Poor customer service; very, very unreliable. Unresponsive took over 5 hours of non customer service help and ended up adding 24 more hours to a already stressful situation

This company sucks. Guy said he was 10 min away and 5 hour later. I said are you high?? What the f are you doing? This company is the worst. I don't recommend this company at all. Only if you want to wait forever. Hello get it together people!! Google maps has them permanently closed. That's a sign people stay away from them!!!!

Fuck these people and the tow truck they DONT ride in on. If I could give them negative stars, I would! Paid out of pocket for a jumpstart through my insurance company... on Thanksgiving morning. Had no issues waiting the original hour as it was a holiday, but then they went to the WRONG address, did not call to say they couldnt locate me. Instead I get a text from my insurance company saying they couldnt find me and they left... wtf?! So I call my insurance, find out they went to wrong address, reschedule the jump, even though they have "moved on" so It will be another hour. I asked to speak to the dispatcher for the tow company to verify the address, give it to them. Hang up with my insurance company, text confirmation for the

Left me and my 4 year-old stranded in freezing temperatures for nearly 4 hours until I decided to just walk to an autoparts store to buy a new car battery.

Pathetic. You have to work really hard to be so horrible.

Horrible service- if your roadside company assigns this company to do your service, call back and ask for someone else. You'll save yourself time. Do not deal with them- they will leave you high and dry.

They accepted my service call at 8:38 pm with a 60 minute ETA. When 80 minutes had passed, I called them directly- got VM. Called my roadside provider, who somehow got them on the phone. They claimed they called me several times but only got VM, so they closed the ticket. They didn't bother to call my roadside company to let them know- just left me sitting here. I got several calls during that time, not sure why theirs magically didn't go through, or why they couldn't text me. No courtesy, no service. Avoid these people at all costs.

One star given under protest.

Stay away , just read all the reviews . If you get this company because your insurance or dealership is using a 3rd party to schedule your roadside call back right away and demand another company . I don't get how they even still have contracts

The absolute worst company. It's a joke. I saw one good review on here which must have been a fluke. Super unprofessional. The dispatcher hung up on me and then never picked up the phone again after leaving me waiting for several hours.
This was booked via my insurance company road side assistance. This company is a joke.

I won't waste my time, or yours, repeating all the negative statements about these losers. Suffice it to say, after a two hour plus wait, I got my car manufacturer's roadside assistance to get another service and it worked.
There aren't enough adjectives to describe what a poor example of customer service this place is. If anyone suggests these dopes for anything other than a punchline to a very bad joke, run away as fast as you can.

I join in the sentiment of many reviewers before me. These people are HORRIBLE. My roadside assistance used them for my 1st AND 2nd dispatch call and they SUCK. I sat from 10:43am until 2:53pm when a DIFFERENT company came to pick me up. I called to get an eta and they wouldn't even pick up my call. After my first 2hrs of waiting I received a call from a guy to tell me "we just got your service call 5mins ago and we'll be there in 20 mins" yet I sat for ANOTHER 2 hrs when a different company was dispatched, arrived and towed me.
Save yourself the headache and go ELSEWHERE!!!!

This place is ridiculously unprofessional. I made my call to State Farm at about 10:30 to tow my car to my car dealership. They told me "Statewide" would be there within the hour to tow it. At first, I didn't worry when at 11:45, they still had not arrived. A computer-generated recording called me and said they were on the way and would arrive within 15 minutes. Cool. Well, 12:00 came, then 12:30 and then 1:00. Within that time, I received a series of robocalls, each one stating that they would be here within 15 minutes. I also spoke to someone who told me the tow truck driver had run into some "construction traffic".

By 1:15, I knew that I was being given the runaround. I called in AGAIN (a total of 4 calls made), and this time, I was told that the tow truck driver told them that he had come to my house and spoke to me, looked at the car and determined he would need a flatbed truck and couldn't take the car. i was ASTONISHED. The guy had NEVER spoken to me, never showed up at my place and DAMN sure hadn't looked at my car. So he LIED. This was a MONDAY morning in the summer. School is out, and roads are easy to navigate at this time. Not sure why the company even took the call if they knew they didn't have a reliable person to handle it,

So... another tow company was dispatched (Kitts Towing). This company arrived within the estimated time frame... THANK GOD. This guy was very courteous and could not believe it when I told him about my experience. He also stated that this company had a poor reputation, as evidenced by the other reviews on Yelp.

So... yeah. Terrible experience with this place. I'm so grateful that Yelp exists so that I can warn other people about them. By the way, make sure you check out the "unrecommended" reviews to read about more negative experiences other people have had with them. Take THAT, Statewide.
