Starbucks

As we were traveling on the road, decided to get a drink to go. I created a mobile order for my usual passion tango tea. Had a good experience, picking up my order. They had the order up in a timely fashion.

The staff was very nice. She even offered pup cups for our dogs. Our dogs give two paws up for this establishment. Needless to say, we agree. well done Starbucks.

This was the worst drink I have ever received from a Starbucks!
Ordered a brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso. Tons of syrup very little oat milk. Proportions all wrong, I asked if they could remake it. The second one was even more terrible! Zero oat milk. Could not drink it! Almost a 7 dollar drink, completely undrinkable!

I'm surprised by the low rating here! I stayed nearby and visited this location several times during the week. They were quick with my order, offered samples of Fall Drinks and were always friendly. The store was clean and there was ample seating inside and outside. It's also just off of two major highways (I40 & Garth Brooks).

I have tried calling numerous times and each time the phone is answered and then immediately hung up, the final time I called I was told "we close at 6pm thank you". Extremely rude and not customer service driven, I'll go out of my way to go to another Starbucks than one that's local.

Hire more employees. 30 minutes is the average wait time with 4 cars in line at the Yukon Garth Brooks Starbucks. Starbucks I'm looking at you, there've been too many times I've only see two kids behind the counter trying to provide service for a drive-through and restaurant. Do better for the people that work for you.

This Starbucks is just as great as I remember! Quick service and kind customers. Clean store. Grilled cheese was perfect.

I don't understand how a coffee master can mess up my drink. I get the same thing everyday and ask for the blonde shots to be made straight into the cup so they don't die when the barista walks away and lets it sit in the shot glass for way too long dying and souring. But still they do not do it! "Hey will you make it this way?" "Yes absolutely" and then don't do it!! And actually get upset and annoyed with me when I ask them to again make it straight into the cup.
It baffles me because Starbucks is %60 customer service and %40 coffee. There are plenty of overpriced coffees to go buy but Starbucks is supposed to be a friendly customer based atmosphere. I think most Starbucks locations have forgotten this super important fact of how to treat the customers from the company they work for. And just treat their customers like crap if they have a request of how they would like their drink made. Which is absolutely bonkers because in my case the reason I ask this every time is so I don't have to go ask for a remake. Nobody wants to have to deal with a getting the terrible tasting coffee remade!

The staff at the location are super friendly. Not sure why they get 3 stars. They do have a poor layout in the parking lot, so it is inconvenient going in and out, and the prices at Starbucks have gone up at least 25%... but the atmosphere of the location and the staff are great.

Drive up window is filthy. It's a sign of the place is dirty. Drive up window employee was polite but she was talking on mic to the boss and not really paying attention to me, the customer.

I hardly come here any more due to the poor quality of service, "convenience store" coffee and cleanliness. The caffe latte I ordered was meh.
