Starbucks

First time visiting this location. I am rating this location 5 stars, but only based off of the amazing customer service that Jared provided. I came in around 3, had my laptop to do some homework, the sitting area is very small, and was congested. I sat at one of the high tables and I had only taken about 3 sips out of my matcha green tea and when I went to reach for it it slipped and dropped, splattering everywhere! Luckily there was only one other person nearby, otherwise it would have got on them since it's so compacted. I was embarrassed but I told Jared what had happened and not only did he come out and clean it up for me (I helped as well), but he also did it with such a positive attitude. After cleaning it up he offered to remake my drink, which I loved, he was very friendly and made a difference on my visit.

Ohhh.. where do I begin VERY BAD customer service at this Starbucks location...
Horrible ATTITUDE!!! This lady just dont care, dont know about customer service. This lady needs to get another job elsewhere

All I wanted was a "Dragon Drink" So she hands me a "Mango Dragonfruit Lemonade' I tell her I did not order a lomonade, all down hill from here

Will never be coming back here again that's why DBros are up and coming everywhere

I asked for strawberry creme and she said, no bc she was closing soon. Like, WHAAAAT?!?!?!? 20 mins before closing.
I asked Vanilla bean with Caramel WITH EXTRA caramel. She said, no its plain nothing caramel but rudely said OKAY I can add some but nope all not GOOD. I couldn't redeem stars she said bc of a barcode, I showed her and she said can't redeem it. Attitude HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BAD. This lady came by assuming Manager? Watched everyone did not even help just standing like a Nopal. This Starbucks needs to be shut down!

The manager at this Starbucks is so condescending and rude, she's constantly giving attitude to customers. I've brushed it off the first few times thinking maybe she was having a bad day, but nope. She's just rude. I can't wait till the real Starbucks opens across the street so I don't have to support this kiosk with this disrespectful woman.

I order ahead of time on the app and they give me a specific pick up time. In the past everything was ready. Recently, (3 times in a row) I showed up and my coffee was ready but i had to specifically ask "where is my breakfast sandwich?" Then they say "ohhh, what did you order?". Then i have to wait and my coffee is cold.

The morning worker there has a terrible attitude and I didn't even ask for milk... only sweet cream yet this coffee drink that's supposed to be a light brown was bright white... it's obvious she's doesn't care to be there. Don't go to this Starbucks, save your money and go to the one off of Fair Way by Target.

This is by far the most amazing Starbucks I have ever been to. The manager, Rachel, and staff are all friendly, efficient, and kind. They make the best medicine ball I have ever had. Even during the high school dismissal rush, they were professional and the drinks we the same quality you always expect. Wait times are minimal and it's always clean and welcoming.

Two times I have visited this establishment and the customer service was horrible except for BETH!!! She is a rockstar, JEN not so much!!!

Very unsatisfied with the service today on starting are new year, alexous the lady working today wasn't Acknowledging her customers waiting in line , wasn't just me that she had her back faced to. along with mine and my wife's drink tasted like hot water with cream normally the service is excellent there

Stopped by this Starbucks around 10:30 on a Saturday morning. There were 5 or 6 people in front of me but I decided to wait since I was there. While waiting in line I realized the only reason there was a line was because every person in line ordered multiple drinks and food. It was obvious the baristas were working their hardest and were a little overwhelmed, but both workers had a friendly attitude. I ordered a hot drink and croissant. Those came out extremely fast, faster than any other Starbucks I've visited (that is saying a lot because I have been drinking Starbucks for years now). To top it off, my drink was delicious. These people deserve a bonus or a raise if this type of demand is normal at this location.
