Not even fucking capping the girl at the window was so nice & friendly! I forgot to get her name but she made my day!

The manager is the best in the biz. She knows everyone that goes there by voice and knows their order. Coffee is always consistent.

2 stars for the franchise Starbucks recipes which are followed by the staff. The love affair stops there. Looking over the Reviews - still slow. And apparently the staff is more important than the customer.

We came in. No one in drive through and no one in line. It took a while for someone to be bothered enough to take an order. Nice enough.

Order taken paid for Ground and gave us the coffee. 5 minutes. Another 9 minutes while we watched 4 people go through drive-through and a self absorbed staff member push her way in and around the "working" staff to quickly make herself something....further slowing down the pouring of the lemonade and distracting the maker of my order to give me a hot matcha latte - a cold one had been ordered.

Oh. They "could hurry up" and give me the iced latte i had ordered. Except- i had already waited a very long time and watched my order get pushed behind her order and 4 other cars.

How could they correct the order fast when it had taken 12 minutes to get it in the first place? It should have been delivered first. And timely. Ok. Maybe second behind a car that came in after my order. It was a poured glass of lemonade and a matcha powder with almond milk over ice for goddsakes. Nothing complicated.

I can buy my coffee and grind it at the grocery. No need to spend twice the price and be the unseen customer who finally gets.....Oh. No. I didn't get what i paid for.......

Update. The coffee - the last sumatra blend was actually not ground to our specifications either. We ordered drip and got espresso grind. A real long wait for a cup of coffee the way i like to make it. Dang. 3 strikes.

Looking back at my original review of this location I realize how far I have come as a Yelper. While my rating was accurate at the time, my review was sorely lacking. Now that I have been coming to this location more frequently, I think it is time for a review update.

This Starbucks is very convenient if you are commuting across the Causeway. Having a giant coffee and breakfast sandwich help make those miles pass much easier.

The staff at this location have improved considerably since my first review. Everyone I have encountered has been friendly and seems to actually enjoy their job. The workers even began to recognize me which makes me feel like they aren't just going through the motions of being friendly. I do recommend walking inside to order as opposed to the drive thru. I have found the service is much quicker at the counter.

I still prefer locally owned, slightly funky coffee shops, but when I am in a rush, this Starbucks does the trick.

Oh yes a STARBUCKS. Excited ill be there 3/26. Meeting fiance havent seen since january..surprising him. Coming from California

Its Starbucks! What can I say Great Coffee!! But them Caramel Frappuccinos are Delicious! This Starbucks always has a Great Staff!

The wait is usually reasonable in the drive thru and the staff seem happy (except when their phone scanner doesn't work- that has to be aggravating). They get my order right most of the time and are willing to make it right if it's not.

The longest wait ever. EVERYTIME I've been here, whether inside or out. I have never experienced this at a Starbucks except here.

I've tried their coffee multiple times and always bitter!! Not worth the hype!! Over priced coffee!! I'd rather my 60 cent cup from McDonald's!!

I enjoy Starbucks. The baristas here (especially Lindsay C) are amazing. I drive out of my way to go to this location!
