Starbucks

#starbucks - I stopped by for a coffee and a warm cheese danish. I am sad to say this brand new location was so filthy that I threw the danish away without a bite. They took a long time to warm it so I got to stand and look around. The floor was filthy. The area behind the counter was filthy. Sorry guys. Please do better.

The issues I had this weekend with the Elden street store. I went Saturday and after ordering my drink, I asked the person at the window to remake it. He refused and then argued with me about how It wasn't going to take how I wanted it. I told I'm I understood my drink would not be extra sweet because I get the same drink every day. He the. Took my drink back, put cold brew in it and pour 2 percent in it. Before I could say anything to him he slammed the door in my face. This morning I go back ordering the same thing, my first order had the classic syrup in it, so I turned around. The girl at the window was super nice and was happy to remake it. However, the sweet cream still did not taste right and almost tasted of only classic syrup.

I go regularly in the morning before work on the weekdays (between 6-7am) and I just want to note the crew that works in the morning is AWESOME! They never miss a beat and never hesitate in correcting my order or remaking it if there is something wrong with it! I live closer to other Starbucks, but travel a little further because they are the best.

I hope that the people who work evenings on the weekends could learn something from the morning crew in customer service.

I had only ordered one drink and they took about 10 minutes to make it. I think they could be trained on the drink and also talk less to become better.

Been coming to this Starbucks and always have a good experience at the drive thru. I usually place mobile orders and pickup with a pup cup. Orders are always ready on time, and the customer service from the speaker to the window has consistently been great!

When I go inside to order or even to pick up an order, the service is a bit slower, however because drive thru customers seem to have priority.

Docking a star because of the odd layout of the drive thru (who the heck designed this layout lol). When there is a rush of customers, it is very difficult to get in line at the drive thru, unless you drive all the way around and enter from Elden Street. I am usually coming from Herndon Pkwy and it can get a bit congested/cramped going in and out of this tiny "shopping center" with the Chipotle and Starbucks.

The drinks are always good here but wouldn't recommend getting anything from the bakery or food my husband picked up our order this morning and the grilled cheese sandwich was two pieces of bread not even placed together with the cheese outside ?? And the fact that it cost almost $7 is what makes me more upset I want my money back !!!

Bad service ever. Been waiting for 15 minutes. Then when I'm asking for my drink the cashier she said she doesn't know. Maybe someone else take it excuse me. Employees need to be more attention

This location is close to my house.
The staff is super friendly and attentive.
I recommend it, it has a very nice atmosphere perfect for your first cup of Mojo!!!

Service is a little slow at times in the drive-thru but compared to other area SBUX locations I find they are more accurate with executing an order and preparing drinks as requested.

I like the new location, a stand-alone building with a drive through. It is located in a busy intersection, but still easy to access. This is my favorite Starbucks location.They are always friendly and the drinks are always perfect. Their caramel macchiato lattes are the best.

I used to come here 3 to 4 times a week, and as soon as I walked to the counter, they knew my order. Unfortunately, I had to cut down on my Starbucks intake.

Order ready for mobile order. I dropped my drink on the way out. Staff is friendly and didn't hesitate to replace it. They said "s*** happens".

Typically good service here, but a total fail today. Drive thru was fairly busy so I decided to go in and order. At least six folks working behind the counter, and I was the only one in line. Stood there for several minutes, not one person offered to wait on me or even make eye contact or acknowledge I was there. I don't mind waiting, and would've been perfectly happy if someone would've at least acknowledged me and said we'll be right with you, or something to that effect. Nope. Turned around and left, a sale lost.
