Staples

I went to get two sets of copies (50 of one set and 100 of another, front and back). The girl working the desk was new, said she had been there for 3 days. It took her 39 minutes to figure out how to print my copies...only to get home and find out they were not stapled together, and every other page was missing! The frustrating part is there was a kid working the desk with her and he did not offer her any assistance until she could not figure it out! Spent over $100 on copies only to get them home and now I have to make another trip back to get it fixed! Ugh!

I was understanding and patient as she was new, but she should not have been let loose to work without oversight!

Went back a few days later and they did re copy everything at no charge. Was not aware they charged extra for stapling, though.

Asked for assistance when printing copies. The tall young man with glasses was curt and rude and said he could not help. I think they are short staffed and this young man was feeling the pressure and passing it into the customer. I'll go to fed x to get my copies made next time.

This Staples store may be a little small but it has enough office supplies and electronics. I came here for a print job and find the DIY task simple. Staff was courteous by greeting me upon my entrance.

Very helpful. Had problem with some ink I bought two days ago and they replaced it with 5% off. And we're helpful with me around the store. Also, had a scanning job completed there last week and they were quick and organized.

Had to go in again because of ink issues, but the 2 managers on duty were very helpful and gave me an exchange. I will be definitely be using this store most often.

Good store in general but how can a nation wide store like this, of this size not have one ream of legal size paper? Not one. They had several cases but said they could not be sold individually. Offered to order it. I went to Office Max instead and got it.

Very attentive, super-friendly staff! We were helped by 4 people when we were looking for a new printer. They were pretty patient, too...especially dealing with my son who's known for wandering off into the next aisle and screaming when he feels lost when he's really not.

Along with their reasonable prices, we received an additional discount at the register for inquiring about their Rewards program. We didn't have to fill out the form on the spot..they allowed us to fill it out at home and bring it back.

A great office resource!

I use the Staples print center regularly, because I sell 8x10 photo prints. Service is very friendly and helpful, and I've never had to wait long in line. The prints themselves are pretty good - not quite as vibrant as the ones from FedEx, but literally 1/5 of the price, so worth it to me. Not to mention they're way faster. And the rewards system is fantastic: It's free to be a rewards member, and I get free shipping on online orders!

Staples is hands down the best. I called 7 stores in las cruces looking for post it tape, Staples is the only place that had it. Even office max didn't have it which says something because they are I mean a office supply store. But staples has always had what I need, when I need it. They are friendly and quick to help me when I need assistance in finding something or lifting, reaching, placing an order and making sure it awwww drives quickly, price matching and even carrying iteams out to my car. If I try to shop for supplies at other stores I always wind up at staples in the end because other stores just dont hold a candle to staples. Thank you guys for the great customer service its what makes me a returning customer. Most stores dont have employees that are always cheerful but I've never walked into this store and seen an unhappy employee, they are nice and quick to greet me with hellos and are you finding everything ok. If you need office supplies I say shop here and forget the other stores. These guys will help you from start to finish if that's what you need, they might have to double task but in the end u will get what you came for or they will point u in the right direction.
