This mall definitely isn't on my top 5. First of all, this mall is filled with teenagers. And these teenagers come here to hangout, which is fine, by all means hangout and shop around. But these teenagers be running through the mall, climbing on the escaladers, running through the food court, and hangout in the parking lots for hours. We need to do better at this mall. Security doesn't do anything, why would they. Aside from this mall having maybe 3 or 4 good stores to shop at and they also have a Japanese food place to eat at, along with A Chick-Fil-A. Other than that, this mall isn't worth the hype. If you're going to this mall, GET IN AND GET OUT!

With the information that I have provided you... Do with it what you will!

I'm still baffled that malls in this area and state are somewhat thriving. Even after all that has happened, pandemic and rise in online shopping, the malls here somehow have been able to survive.

This mall didn't disappoint in the aspect that they have a high occupancy rate. Plenty of stores to choice from to grab your wares. Enough eateries in the food court to take in a meal if you didn't want to venture anywhere else.

I read over the other reviews, some of which are dated, and I don't see the complaints. Malls are set up to be a destination area. Just because it is a mom and pop store filling the storefronts doesn't detract from that. Malls were meant to be a place where the community comes, and in some cases zombies. I would rather take the mom and pop stores than for a storefront to remain closed for an extended period of time. Not every mall will be the same. They differ and if you don't like what is offered here you are, by all means, allowed to go somewhere else.

Also, a note, giving this place a low starred review because of one shop doesn't do it justice. Go to the page that is for the business, not the building it sits in.

St. Charles Towne Center has definitely seen better days. So many of the stores were vacant. A lot of small off-brand stores and foodcourt restaurants. The new boba place in the food court was good. The anime store, Otaku, was nicely set up as well. Otherwise, its not a mall that I would go to at the top of my head. I'm hoping for the best, though!

I hate to say it but you're better off driving to Iverson Mall. At least they have those cookies and the Roses store. I can never find clothes from this mall. Save your time and money. Just drive to another mall or order online...This mall is soooo ghetto from the kids running around to the stores.. js

This mall has really changed over the years. Once they put renovations in it seems like all the good stores left. There's all these stores you have never heard of even the restaurants are unfamiliar. I only go here as my last option

Not sure what to say about this mall, other then it needs work. I have been in this area most of my life and have never seen it change for the better, it seems to be getting worse. It's the stores that they move in pretty basic. Honestly, it's only still alive because of the department store it houses along with tropical nails, post office, and Dick's sporting goods. If they really put some time in the mall to jazz it up, I'm sure they would see change. I only go there now for the nail salon and maybe two other stores I'm sad to say.

      Old Navy
I want to start off with saying that I love Old Navy. They have really cute stuff for a very affordable price. But yesterday, I went into this Old Navy in a search for a winter hat for my 8 month old son.

I walked into Old Navy and was not greeted by a sole. I continued on and found the baby section. From the time I entered the store, until I got to the check out, NO ONE came up to me and asked if I needed anything. I saw a lady who worked there sitting in the corner, leaning on a table of clothes, on her phone. As I passed by her, she didn't even look up once. There was clothing all over the floor, sitting on the bottom on the shelves, in messy piles. So many things weren't were they were supposed to be, which made it difficult to find what I needed.

The best part about my stay there was when I went to check out, the lady at the check out went and found what I needed. Amongst the messy piles of clothes and unorganized ranks I couldn't find the size of the clothing I needed because when I found the clothing, it was located in the girls section, not the boys .... where it should have been. She let me try the jacket on my son at the counter, which was nice.

I was literally appalled with this Old Navy.

I worked in retail many, many years. I understand things get hectic. You get caught up. But things weren't so hectic. A lady sat on her cell phone, not doing her job. I'm a very understanding person. I do not, however, have patience for things like this.

I really hope they set their game up in time for the holidays.
