This is a Catholic church, but not Roman Catholic, that is all embracing--meaning they welcome those that are divorced, LGBT, etc. They are a wonderfully welcoming parish that my family has been attending for some time and is where my son was baptized a few months ago. Come join us and see what we are about!

I am doing a #septemberSundaySitOut from church. I ususally go to St. Andrews in Clifton. I am protesting Rome and it's hierarchy. I knew about this Church and was curious about it for a long time. I was so impressed with everything about it. Father Jason was engaging and sincere. I will be back for sure through September. I would recommend this church to anyone who would like to try it on for size. I have no idea if I fulfill my Sunday obligations with this Mass but I am a disallusioned catholic at this time. I felt wonderful when I left.

50+ years a cradle catholic yet I am more comfortable here than at my grade school parish. When they say all embracing they mean it, yet the Gospel message is not watered down. If you grew up with Vatican II, social justice, a relationship with Christ...you will feel like you are coming home. This is the church that we grew up thinking our church should be. I drive from Alexandria every week to enjoy this beautiful experience. It is worth the trip.

Finally! A contemporary Catholic Church! No one is judged for their beliefs. Father Jason gives fantastic homilies. I've been astray from the church for a number of years and I am proud to say again that I am a catholic. Gays are welcome.
