However, he quickly made us feel comfortable by explaining what he was doing in a way that was easily understandable. He took his time with us and was very friendly and also answered any questions we had. Plus he also talked about maintenance of the home and what needed to be done in order to avoid any future issues/headaches. In terms of follow up he provided his report within 24 hours as promised and left it open for us to ask any follow up questions. I would definitely recommend to anyone especially for first time home buyers!

Maybe I read the tone wrong, but it honestly felt like Speer was either disinterested or annoyed when my wife and I had asked anything...even though we were first time home buyers and really knew nothing about owning a home.
All in all in comparing with another company we used for our new purchase it was like night and day.

While we won't know all the nuances of our new home until we live there, the inspection seemed thorough, and all of the findings were well explained. All items which could not be inspected were discussed, and we feel we can trust the findings.

We are buyers of a home and Speer was Incredibly professional, very very thorough. Speer home inspection did the job right!! The inspection took about 2 hours or so. He covered everything and explained what he was doing and looking for and why thing were the way the were. We received the write up with 2 days and it was very detailed. Speer Home inspection is worth every penny!
