When will you start offering your frozen yogurts on DoorDash again? I've been checking all week and it's not available and we don't live close enough to come in to pick-up :(

What's a good alternative dressing for the chicken salad? They forgot the yogurt dressing AGAIN on my take-out order.
A:
They use a bit of oil like olive oil (I think).

Popped in here for a casual dinner on a Wednesday night. The line was quite long but we got our orders in within 10 minutes and sat and had food probably within 20-30 which was crazy how quick the food was made!
We shared a bottle of wine and for the entree I got the lamb wrap with Greek fries. Honestly this has to be some of the fast casual Greek food I've ever had. The lamb was so tender and the wrap was well dressed and those fries were amazing!!
We also tried some of the Greek yogurt frozen yogurt and it was delish!!

The pork shoulder sandwich and frozen greek yogurt with baklava crumbles were to die for! I wanted more after every bite of both. The sandwich was so flavorful and the frozen greek yogurt was so fresh. My boyfriend got the chicken sandwich and while it was pretty good, the pork shoulder one definitely took the crown. We got fries too, but they were nothing special.
Service was quick and the staff were attentive! Would stop by again for a quick, casual dinner.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 1 - 14083Apr 11, 2024
One of my favorite spots in SF for a casual meal! The ambiance is welcoming and the service is great. I love sitting in the outdoor seating area when the weather is nice because the neighborhood is lovely as well.
I love every item on their menu but the chicken salad/sandwich is my favorite. I love the flavor that the tangerine adds and the dressing pairs nicely as well. The salad is especially great when I'm in the mood for something more refreshing and light. For dessert, the frozen yogurt with baklava is a must try. The baklava crumbles are incredible and provide such a great crunch.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Apr 8, 2024
My go-to fast casual spot in the city!
Some "hacks" for new Souvla customers:
-You can order one portion of any frozen Greek yoghurt and ask to split it into two cups (see pic for reference). Each cup gets a decent amount of froyo and is great to share with another person!
-Order your salads Greek style -- they add fries on top of the salad which adds a great crunch (not super healthy but I love it)Helpful 1Thanks 1Love this 2Oh no 0 - Apr 1, 2024
Got the frozen yogurt with baklava crumbles, perfect for anyone who has a sweet tooth. Balance of sweet and slightly tart from the Greek yogurt!
Also got the chicken salad because it was most popular on Yelp! It was good and I liked the edition of oranges with a variety of sweet and sour flavors
It's a nice place for lunch with friends with good vibes!Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - 31037116Apr 22, 2024
Fast casual Greek spot right on Chestnut St. They offer bowls and pita sandwiches along with a few sides, wine, and frozen Greek yogurt. I got the lamb as a salad. The salad was good, it had romaine, kale, pickled onions and a great yogurt based dressing. The only downside was that the lamb pieces are cut into small cubes, which made for some very overcooked meat. I wish it would have just been shaved or pulled. I also got the roasted potatoes, which were only okay. They came in a pool of olive oil and lacked salt. The place is cute and the service was friendly. My friend really enjoyed the frozen yogurt with Baklava pieces.

I got the Greek Fries ($5) and the Chicken Sandwich ($16). The fries are so delicious and I love the herbs they used to season them. The chicken sandwich was good but it was very oily, when I held it up the oil was just dripping from it. The flavor was good but just wished it wasn't so oily.

A casual spot with great lighting and delicious food! We passed by on the street and thought we'd give it a try. There was a small line but it moved very fast. We placed our order and received a number to put on our table for dine in. There was both indoor and outdoor seating.
I was excited to try the baklava yogurt since I love both separately but have never had them together. It was soooo yummy. I wish I could eat this all the time. The sourness of the yogurt was balanced well with the baklava. They also had other yogurt options like plain and honey. My partner loves wraps, gyros, etc and got the chicken sandwich and said that was so flavorful, he wanted another. We will definitely come back.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 8960041Mar 30, 2024
This is my go to for group delivery.
The chicken salad is fresh, hearty (but still healthy feeling) and hearty/ warm enough that I don't feel sad that I'm having salad for dinner.
If you need it, do request utensils with takeout order bc my last order didn't come with utensils of paper towels.
Ordered from here twice with a group of 6 ladies and it's a crowd pleaser.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 57276849Feb 9, 2024
Fabulous chicken; juicy and flavorful. I loved the herbs/garlic tossed atop the chicken. The garlic sauce and grilled lemon were superb combo. I added some hot sauce at home.
The lamb is for sandwiches only (you can't buy a box of lamb meat to take home unless you order one of the dishes on the menu.)Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
