Sonic Drive-In

Worst experience ever! Visiting from Washington state to see friends and family. Instead of the normal "Welcome to Sonic, how can I help you?" I'm greeting with "what do you want?" Then proceeded to order only to be told the "ice cream is being cleaned"... Just extremely rude and unprofessional.

Food mediocre. Ordered three burgers and drinks. While they came quick enough, they were cold burgers with limited fixings. Won't eat at this one again.

Server was nice.

Terrible! Waited 20 minutes and almost every single thing in our order was wrong. The lady answering the speaker argued with me when I advised the incorrect items. Waited another 20 minutes for chili cheese tots and an egg and cheese burrito. Completely unacceptable. Hope they get a new manager as I worked at a sonic as a teenager for 3 years and this type of service would never have been tolerated.

Numerous order kiosks are broken but you can't tell until you pull in. I literally pulled into 4 different spots before finding a kiosk that works. Maybe this place is about to go out of business and the owner doesn't want to repair them. Not sure but I'm done wasting my time trying to find a kiosk that works so I'll just go to another restaurant.

Push the button to oder and the gal was a snotty little brat. I didn't want to complain because I didn't want a lugie in my shake. Will not go back there

i don't go to Sonic that much but when i do depending on which one i go to i notice that if they are slammed u are gonna be waiting a while at least up to 25 mins but if they have some hard working employees u may not be there as long as u think, If they are not slammed then u will be there for a good 10 mins at best. Now food wise i only go for there chicken, fries, mozzarella sticks and breakfast. there fries could use a lil salt if not a good bit cause there fries are bland to me and i hate bland food

This is the only hoppin' Sonic I've ever been to. Any time I've been to one there're between 5-12 cars at it, this one had every space taken. Drink and food arrived at regular speed, took longer to order though as I guess they were being slammed.

Cleanliness wasn't a-ok as the place was sort of a disaster area, but I understood why there was trash overflowing the place.. it was, as stated, hopping.

I'm very surprised there aren't more reviews here. I've had more than one bad experience here. Some time ago, I ordered a #1 combo and got back to my office to find there was no burger on the sandwich. There was a sandwich with fixings, but not patty.

Now today, I waited 20 minutes for my order. This is a fast food restaurant. I have a 30 minute lunch. This isn't acceptable. Food wasn't even hot. Can't imagine I'm going to give this place another shot.

My family got a chili dog and the bun had mold on it and made my father sick. I would not recommend going to this restaurant! It is usually extremely slow service too.

This is the worst sonic in the chain. The burger looked like it had been thrown from across the room. The tots were cold and the shake was hot.
