SONDER living

Don't ever order anything from this place. They do not respond to any of your emails inquiring about your delivery status. Try calling them? They won't have any answer for you and will tell you they are going to follow up with you on an update to get you off the phone and never return any of your calls. They currently have my money for an order I submitted a month ago that was suppose to ship in 10 days, and I still have not received a single update from them. Horrible company and wouldn't recommend to an enemy.

So I came into Sonder in San Francisco looking to do some shopping and kill some time and I came across the bright smiling Nadia. I told her some things that were on my mind, she immediately gave me some solutions to my problems and concerns with empathy and understanding. I automatically felt at home then I wanted to try out all of the furniture because I assumed it would make me feel as warm and cozy she made me feel as a new guest/customer. She was very professional, friendly, and attentive to my needs as a customer. I would highly recommend her, Timothy Oulton and HD Buttercup in general if you're in San Francisco

I *love* Sonder Living @ HD Buttercup.

Sonder Living has a fabulous collection of unique designer furniture, ranging from glam velvet chairs and mirrored credenzas to industrial black marble tables and striking light fixtures. The pieces are incredibly well made with real natural materials. Really good prices too - everything I've ever seen or bought retails for more online (if you can even find it because each item is limited in number and usually in high demand).

What sets Sonder Living even more apart is their wonderful team of designers. I've been incredibly lucky to work with both Vincenza and Nadia. They've both patiently looked at pictures of my apartment to help me make decisions about sizes or colors. Every time I send a question they reply with thorough details and very helpful advice.

Sonder Living also will work with you if you buy something that you aren't 100% sure about, you can return to the store within a week for a refund.

I can not recommend Sonder Living highly enough. I would give them 6 stars if I could, seriously.

From the first time I went to Sonder inside HD Buttercup I was captivated.... Quite often in my life I visualize what I want but cannot find the item. That left me the option only of custom, which I have done. (Rather costly) However, when I came here I found my envisioned items. This time however, they went further....i found bedroom furniture beyond my meticulous imagination. Thank you Vincenza for your assistance, and thank you Nadia to a larger degree for making it all happen & getting me my furniture by my birthday.
