Cecelia S.Watertown, MA035Mar 20, 2019First to ReviewI bought my car from here and all was well but a few days later the check engine light came on. I contacted them and brought the car to them to fix it but for some reason when they took my car the light "shut off". Every time I go there the light magically goes away then comes back on after a week. After it came back on I tried to contact them but there is no response. After two weeks, I found out that all the cars got taken from the bank (repoed). I have no idea why but thankfully I have some mechanics in the family to help me fix the check engine light issue (thankfully it's a minor issue). They should have at least informed the people because I have a warranty with them. Also, the lady who runs the office is rude but the assistant, Ashley is very nice though.

This was a different business different location different owner. Our business was not yet incorporated yet. We are located in Lawrence. I have never dealt with you. I warranty all of my cars and would never do that to any customer. We are family owned and operated and I can assure you, you have the wrong business.
