He took the time to explain to me what he found, and proceeded to provide me with a few options to remedy the situation. I appreciated his patience, and am happy to say I actually learned a great deal about how the attic was supposed to be, in an ideal world. Erick actually found a significant mistake that had been overlooked by a previous inspector. I have worked with my share of inspectors, and found Erick to be a cut above the rest. I know I will call on him again, when I, or someone I know, needs an inspector. Thank you, Erick.
