      If you need to get a CPAP machine, avoid this company. They are so unprofessional and hard to reach. Very unresponsive and less than qualified respiratory therapists. The supplies come from Georgia, which in itself is an eye opener. They charge exorbitant prices and over charge the insurance companies. If you tell them you don't need a particular item just yet they with hold all ALL supplies. Terrible company to deal with. Thankfully, my doctor set me up with a really professional company and local, huge difference. Stay away from this Fly by Night company called Sleep Med.

      If for ANY reason you apply for a job here...please know they are the worse company to work for. They rarely give raises and actually decresed pay 3 % several years ago and have not increase. Do not match 501 ks. Terrible to work for. Do not take care of their employees. I know as i workd for them for 8 years until i quit. They have a revolving door for employees.

      If there was a no star rating i work have checked it off.
      I stayed there because i was a single mom. At their mercy.
      So glad i finally left.

      Totally disappointed with them. They make a business of sending unnecessary equipment once you buy anything from them. And it's nearly impossible to turn that off. If you spend 15 minutes calling one number, e.g. billing, they then put it on you to call "shipping" to turn off the unasked-for shipping. They don't operate by email. I'm so sorry I had anything to do with them. They've wasted my time with all this nonsense.

      I got it resolved, and then the next day they charged me over $8,000 again!! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!

      SleepMed sends me two types of bills, one for my co-pays and the other for equipment, yet no one told me about this practice. The two bills look identical, the account number is the same, and the bill format is identical. So while I thought I was paying enough, turns out I was over paying one side of their house, than the other. For the future, I'll pass on patronizing this companies unethical business practice.

      I would not recommend SleepMed for anyone looking to do a sleep study.

      After doing extensive research on the cost of doing a sleep study with sleep labs in the area, I settled on SleepMed, which was easily the most affordable. When I received my bill, however, I was in for quite a bit of a shock. The bill was 40% more than what they had estimated. I understand that estimates are not always exact, but a 40% difference is quite significant. After numerous phone calls to the billing department, I finally got an answer for why my sleep study was so much more than the original quote: they had quoted me the price for a lab that was no longer open, so when I called in later to schedule the study, they scheduled me for a different lab that was significantly more expensive. Of course, they never informed me that I would be going to a different lab than what they quoted me for, nor that it would be so much more expensive. I tried negotiating with them and explaining just how unreasonable their business practices were, but the most I got out of them was that the silver lining was that I hit my insurance deductible for the year. Wow, thanks!

      To add insult to injury, the results of the test were inconclusive. They said that I did not have sleep apnea, but they could not suggest why I was having difficulty falling asleep. Glad I paid thousands of dollars so they could tell me that.

      Stay away from SleepMed!

      This company is a collection of the most vile cysts of humanity I've ever dealt with. After a full year of getting my supplies for my CPAP with no issues or problems I received a bill for almost three hundred dollars. I tried to find out why and how I owed this money and they sent me another bill with $15 tacked on stating if they didn't receive the money immediately it would have another $15. I had to borrow money to pay the bill and more than a week later I received yet another threat that if the bill wasn't paid they would send it to collections and I would be responsible for attorney fees. This all took place in the span of one month. I contacted the BBB after I found that I had credit that was never applied and they had the unmitigated audacity to first lie about it then they said they were sending me payment back. That was two weeks ago and I still have no contact. These people are full on evil. They overcharge for their supplies and when you find out you are being ripped off they ignore you. If the CEO and board members were on fire I wouldn't waste the urine to put them out nor would I shed a tear at their passing.

      This is a horrible provider, First, I had to wait 2 months to see a doctor when I already had a polysomnogram order. Then 3 more weeks to wait, and several cancellations due to office issues. I was scheduled for 9:00 PM. I notified then my usual bedtime, they started attaching the wires one hour latter. Then I turned in all my paperwork for a new bi-pap. Called 3 times and left my information, no returned calls. At the 4th call. They tell me they do not have any record/order and that authorization from the Insurance will take 2 weeks. I call my insurance, they notify me there is no pre-authorization needed. Obviously somebody does not know what they are doing. STAY AWAY! This place looks like a dump.
