Sky Bar

This was a great place to go have a drink and check out the view. It was a great atmosphere, DJ was spinning some nice mixes, people there was very friendly. Bartenders were busy but that was expected. The drinks were your typical upscale prices so not much I can say about that.

There was lots places to sit and relax or stand with your friends and take in the view.

Over all if your celebrating a fun night with your girls or guys this is the place to check out while in Buffalo.

Seriously need to clean bathrooms and be prepared for customers. It was disgusting.

I am from out of town and went to pay for 5 friends and I to Enjoy your rooftop bar. I was greeted by an unprofessional gentleman with unkempt hair who has no idea how to count. He told us the cover was 5 dollars. I handed him a 50 dollar bill for 6 people and he told me that was not enough. If 6 people cost 5 dollars each, I am certain that should be 30 dollars which would cover 5 people and myself. He was rude to me and and said if I didn't want to pay a cover I should leave. I explained simple times tables circa 4th grade until he let us in with no apology. It's
Now 12:40 AM, we have been at the bar for 15 minutes and have gotten zero drinks. We should have stayed at Soho where there is 0 cover and 0 disappointment. Unimpressed by this establishment.

It's now 12:55 am and there is no soap in the bathroom whatsoever. Not even a pump bottle. Ew.

Poor service. Raises prices out of no where. Prices for drinks are astronomical and vary from bartender to bartender. Do big waist your money coming here, the cover alone is not worth it, let alone to poor music and rude service. 0 stars. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUISNESS

Ordered a cabana to fit up to 20 people for my fiancé's birthday TWO weeks in advance. Get there & have to wait in line & pay for cover after buying the cabana even though we got there before 12 (Facebook said free cover before 12) was told "that's a fb offer" & felt with attitude from them But whatever no big deal at this point.

Get upstairs, show my receipt from my email & the bottle service girls tell us "our manager never gave us your name so the best we can do is give you the smaller cabana & the $ difference"

The small cabana fits 10 ppl at most & I made it extremely clear we had at least 30 people coming.

Mind you There was a cabana OPEN that I originally bought & they said "that's booked the ppl called earlier" I'm sorry but what's the difference between me & them??? We're here first so why can't we have it & you tell them they have to have the small one..

Ended up buying 2 bottles & multiple drinks between everyone we brought & stayed about 2 hours.
the people who also ordered the big cabana didn't show up until 20 mins before we left LOL

THEY HAD NO POP TO MIX DRINKS WITH, only juice... ON A SATURDAY DT...

They didn't accommodate at all & basically said it's this or nothing... no discount on bottles to apologize/show they care & made a mistake. They made it clear they didn't care if we stayed or left.

After we finished we all walked to 67 WEST, bought another bottle there, listened to great music, & the staff was amazing...Won't be returning here again

if I could give zero stars I would. This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had. The bouncer was unprofessional, rude, disrespectful and racist. I HIGHLY suggest not going there. It was dirty, unsanitary and overcapacity for COVID-19. PLEASE spare yourself and go somewhere else! Stay safe everyone!

If you pay with card CHECK YOUR STATEMENTS. The past 3 weeks they have charged me more than what my bill has actually been. One night I got 4 drinks for my friends and I they were $7 apiece and I got the receipt they charged me $32 I told them what it should've been ($28) and instead of fixing the receipt they gave me just $4 back. And if you see the bottom of the receipt they charge a 20% tip from the amount you sign so you are basically forced to tip for really bad service.

Dress code is not followed saw many ppl dressed like they were coming from the gym.

Wow. Biggest loser of a place starting with a bouncer who still has a ponytail, can't read an ID, and is verbally abusive to patrons. Loses customers. Every night.

And of course can be paid off if you actually do have fake IDs. Kind of sad that it gives buffalo a bad name. Never to come back. And we'll spread the word. Thanks loser.

Basically I agree with the other yelpers who have been to sky bar. Yes they renovated it, and the VIP cabanas look great, however the wait time for drinks is longggg! Also one bar is cash only which you have no idea unless you have been there prior and experienced this nonsense! So upon waiting 20 mins for a small tiny 4 dollar well drink you then learn, "oh my debt card is no good here." (Yes debt card lol) "I must go where? over there?...uh great..." "Oh and wait another 10-20 mins ... Thanks I'll stay sober and be awkward."

Place is somehow always packed and if you don't want to wait in line for the elevator go through d'arcy mcgees toward the bathrooms there is a back stair case you can go up. It's 4 floors, burn some calories before you try to binge drink :) and take them on way down since your practically stone sober since you waited 3 hours standing in line. and don't have to worry about falling down being that guy or that girl.

Music is pretty much a mix of everything and they keep the crowd dancing and have a good time. Have not been there during the edm Friday nights during the summer. I want to check it out I've just always had other obligations or I didn't care for the Dj that night. But tickets are relatively cheap under 25 I believe. So if you wanna rave on a budget pop a Molly and get over there!

And just to humor the fellow yelpers I mentioned taking the stairs by the bathrooms. Here's some advice use those bathrooms as well the upstairs bathrooms could scare you off the top if the building. and here is why ....
