We got our mattress delivered today and had an excellent experience with the delivery men. Alberto R. and Omar were polite, friendly and efficient. They had everything unpacked and set up in no time and took away all the packing materials and left the room in great shape. Well done guys!

11/24/23-An update since our purchase back in 2018 of our Simmons Beautyrest Turtledove. We noticed that the mattress corner seams were coming apart at all four corners.
We also had the PureCare warranty protection. Long story short as is with all warranty protection, they require you 15 different things and then some just to get out of having to cover the loss.
Before having to go there, Sit n' Sleep's customer service center setup an inspection with the company who comes out to report the condition of the mattress and whether or not it was maintained to adhere to the manufactures warranty. They're called Precise or Precision or something like that. You need to not have a stain. Make sure it's on a "proper" foundation, etc.
Well. Our mattress had a slight stain. Despite all the nonsense we went through, I escalated the matter to Alfred at the store and we were able to work everything out before I flipped my you know what because PureCare was going to give me the run around with the warranty protection, and I had to go through them, because despite the mattress being defective, Simmons was going to deny the claim because they can. Why? Because it wasn't on a bunky board and we had a very slight stain on it.
Alfred was wonderful. He sent me the bunky board, and I paid for the tax only. I tipped the delivery guys, and I had the stain removed with some hydrogen peroxide, and steam cleaned it myself. Took the pics that were required, and we're done.
Went to the store, and not only did we upgrade to a new mattress, but we spent an extra $3k with new upgrades. So I think it was a win-win for both of us.
My point is this. The store could have just turned their head and had a big nasty social media stain on their reputation, and believe me it would have been bad. But Alfred just treated us with making it right. Because he knew it wasn't our fault and the manufacturer and PureCare shouldn't use that as an excuse to get out of making us whole.

Wonderful to have people help you who love what they do and love their customers.
Looking forward to coming back and working with her to replace our queen mattress in the coming weeks that we bought 8 or 9 years ago.
Honest, knowledgeable and friendly. Glad to have people like Sharon in the business to take the guess work out of where to make your choice where there are so many place to shop for such a mundane product such as a mattress. At the end, you get what you pay for.

I stopped at Sit n Sleep to get new mattresses for all beds in my home. I usually go the location in Long Beach. But its really closer to come here from Fountain Valley. The Customer service and help was much better here, than the one in Long Beach. But I am not doing a pissing contest so I chose to come here. Anyways purchased the mattresses, they were sent to my home, so I payed extra for deliveries. I have been doing business with them for the last 5 years. I am happy with them.

Sit'nSleep has the best selection of mattresses, adjustable bases, pillows, linens and complete mattress encased protectors.
The salespeople have been with the company for years which means with little turnover they are treated well. There are also a lot of family members working there which also means they are treated well. The bed match technology was much better than someone guessing if you are going to get the right support

Cheap. Anything you buy furniture wise will break. Tried to get the bed frame I bought fixed ... 3 times. Never was installed properly by their "team" and it keeps breaking. Do NOT give them your business!! Waste of time and money!

My review would be three stars if it wasn't for Dave F., our salesman.
He guided my wife and I through the decision process involved in making the expensive and permanent purchase of a quality bed.
I am not a fan of Sit 'n Sleep's standoff customer service "empire" that conveniently deflect post-purchase requests to correct a defective product.
However, I will recommend them for a "Look 'n See" when shopping for a new bed. In my opinion, they sell quality products and most of their sales staff are friendly and professional.
If you are in OC, CA., seek out Dave K. If you can't find him at the Fullerton store, or elsewhere, be sure you feel comfortable with an experienced salesperson before laying down the plastic. i have worked with one of the most professional salespeople at this store- john listened to me - worked with me and was more than patient-i don't usually recommend salespeople so highly but john deserves the highest praise!!! great selection. and above all knowledge without pushiness!

If you're looking for a new mattress, stop right here! Sit'n Sleep Laguna hills is the place to go. Do yourself a favor and ask for Assistant Manager Joseph Duitsman. He is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He made the entire process as painless as possible. His level of customer service is second to none. You are in good hands with him. My wife and I were able to find a mattress and frame we absolutely love. I will definitely recommend Sit'n Sleep Laguna Hills to all my friends and family. Thank you Joseph!

Shortly after my previous review, I received a call from Sit N Sleep representative Narda. She listened to my complaints and was very knowledgeable and empathetic. She went above and beyond to rectify my situation, kept close communication, gave valuable advice, and even sent delivery crew out second time after my purchase/delivery to help me installing the ply board for my new mattress. Now THAT's 5 star service! She made me a believer in the company and its reputation. Definitely would come back for my future mattresses, knowing that the company truly values its customers and would do whatever it takes to make us sleep happy!

Feb 7, 2024Previous reviewEmployee not well trained on policy, causing confusion. Purchase had to be cancelled, refund is held up for 2 weeks, and yet the store wouldn't honor or accommodate previously promised discount, not even delivery fee. Terrible customer services! Complete waste of my time!

After further discussion with Sit & Sleep representatives our concerns were fully addressed to our complete satisfaction. Ayden and Angelina emphasized that Sit N Sleep is a family owned business and customer satisfaction is a priority for them. Our mattress was exchanged for one that is satisfactory to us. After a rocky start the handling of our problem and the resolution couldn't have been better. The manufacturers have warranty guidelines that were communicated at the time of sale - and if the mattress or frame doesn’t meet the parameters set out in the warranty, then the inspection report comes back as ‘not defective’. Oct 6, 2023Previous reviewWe recently bought a Kingsdown mattress & box spring. From day 1 the mattress showed "indents" at body pressure points...shoulders, hips, etc. from 125# & 175# people. This is a problem we now see on the internet with this brand.
If you expect any help from Sit N Sleep, guess again. Nothing but excuses even though over many mattress purchases we have never seen anything like this. Shop at a different store or just skip them and buy directly online. But if you like bad service this is the place for you! I ended up having to use a sleeping bag my first night at my new place because of them.
I needed a mattress in a box so I could move it to my new place. I provided explicit instructions that the mattress not be unboxed. My new place has narrow stairs that makes it difficult to move an unboxed mattress. I mentioned multiple times it needs to be kept in the box but instructions were not followed and I had to turn the delivery driver away after waiting over an hour from estimated delivery time. No one from Sit and Sleep reached out to me and I had to follow up with them multiple times just to get ahold of someone.
When they called me back a few hours later they told me that the mattress will come in a box the following day. I took more time off work and when the delivery people came the bed was out of the box again.
At this point me I've already had to take so much time off work to deal with their BS so I was over there poor service and lack of communication. The delivery people had to bend the bed to get it down the stairs but I'm glad I have a warranty directly with the mattress company and not Sit and Sleep so I don't ever have to deal with them again.

Updated to two stars because Alfred from customer service department reached out after I posted the review and he apologized for the inconvenience. But it still does not take away from my negative experience of sleeping on the floor the first night and I wish they reached out when they made the original mistakes instead of waiting for a customer to post a negative review.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 1Business owner information
