SV Pro Cleaning

We had a great experience with Jesus and his team. They were on time, professional and did an excellent job cleaning and detailing the interior of our RV before we put it on the market. We would highly recommend them for your cleaning and floor and upholstery steaming needs.

Two house cleaner came a hour late with upright vacuum, bucket, duster and half a meat tray for dust pan. They spent one hour (pro's?) and charged us $125. I will not have them back again.

Earlier I had given Sierra Vista Pro Cleaning a five star rating. After that review I found that their equipment in the cleaning truck had left grease stains on our driveway. I called them about it and they acknowledged the problem and said they would send a tech out to clean it. That never happened, I got concrete cleaner and cleaned it myself. Like so many contractors I have dealt with, once they have their money and are on another job they will not correct any small problems they left behind. Next time I will be home BEFORE the job is complete to make sure they did the job right. However I am down grading my earlier rating to reflect the typical contractor attitude.

S.V. Carpet Cleaning made a house full of old carpet look new again; which is to say that it now looks as though it was just laid: if the year is 1987. But seriously, it's cool to see vintage blue sculpted carpet restored to like new status.

They are reasonably priced and professional from start to finish. Most importantly, they showed up on time, and finished when they said they would.

The carpet that they cleaned had little to start with but came out looking better than I thought possible. Also, the carpet dried in just a few hours which was nice.

If you have carpet that needs cleaning, the results from S.V. Carpet Cleaners are about as good as you can expect. One "tip" to make your carpet come out as clean as possible: vacuum it thoroughly in several different directions, it helps with the extraction process.

As part of my rental agreement, I needed to hire a professional cleaning service upon moving out of my home. From the moment I met Joe, I knew I would be hiring his team! He is kind, professional, and organized. Plus, he was there for the move-out inspection in case his team missed anything, so he would be there to clean it. The prices are fair and the work is worth every dollar!

Poor experience with the cleaning company. Not only did they not use any cleaning products, they did not do a decent job cleaning. Mirrors still had streaks and spots on them. Shelves were not wiped down. The tile had foot prints and grim left on them. Blinds were not properly dusted, windows were partly cleaned and had streaks. There was no "fresh" scent to our house when the cleaners were there. It smelled of mildewed rags and no cleaning supplies. Even when cleaning with vinegar you are left with a smell, there was no smell of anything but mildew. When talking to the owner or manager, it was made clear that the cleaners did not do a good job. He then argued with me that our house was filthy... umm no, no it wasn't. The worst part they had to do was the shower doors. If it was so filthy as they claim where are the pictures to back up said claim? I have pictures of how we left it to be cleaned. Floors were swept and mopped, counters were wiped down among many other things. I'm not sure he'd know what filthy was if it smacked him in the face! On top of everything else, they left trash at our place. When questioned about it he claimed its common for cleaners to leave trash at the place they clean... umm no, no it's not! Only reason we went with this company is because they were on the list for our rental company to use. Imagine the horror stories I heard during the move out inspection of how many houses have failed the cleaning inspection! If you want to be "professional" then act like it and do the job properly! For cleaners that were at our house "cleaning" in 78 degrees from 8am-3:30 they still had a full face of makeup, they weren't sweaty and looked like they had maybe spent an hour, possibly two cleaning the house if that. Carpets weren't fully vacuumed and the carpets were decently cleaned. I asked for a partial refund back, I was offered a mere $40... never mind that we paid close to $600 for them to "clean" our house. Never again! These might be little things you'll see in the pictures but they are the ones that stand out the most when doing an inspection!
