Erik provided an inspection for an 1919 Adobe with a more modern back house in Central Tucson. He we professional, thorough, and spent the time to show my wife and I all of the issues he found. He gave some really helpful input on what to care about and prioritize.

He sent over full and summary reports within 24 hours, and also was very responsive when we had some additional questions. I would definitely hire Sierra Home Inspections, and specifically Erik again.

I would not recommend this company. The purpose I needed was to inspect a property finding defects before I purchased. Look at the pictures to see what they missed. Just the repair of this will be over $1000. Just not the quality I expected. Their specialty is to find the smallest problems. This is a BIG problem and they totally missed it. No telling what else I will find they missed. Save yourself and find another company.

Nate came out to do an inspection of our new build home. He was on time, friendly, professional, and thorough. He pointed out the issues he saw as he went through the house and the final report was emailed to me within a couple hours of finishing. Would recommend to anyone that needs a home inspection.
