Selecting a mechanic or autobody repair person can be an intimidating experience. In most cases, we as consumers are not super knowledgeable enough in the area of cars/trucks as a whole. Therefore, you do what you can when selecting a place to take your vehicle to get serviced. I selected Shoemaker Collison purely based off recommendations and reviews. The Shoemakers must being do something right, because, they have a lot of positive, 5-star reviews on various review platforms (like FB, Google, Yelp). And, now they are getting another one. Joe and Jennifer were straight forward and open since the day I walked in to get an estimate. The estimate was very detailed, line by line (a repair we paid for our self; not thru insurance). They offered a rental loaner (kinda cool idea for a small shop). They gave me a completion date for the repair, and they hit it. I even knew they had other competing projects, but they still delivered on time. Joe ran into some issues on our car that could not be seen seen during th estimate assessment and he still delivered our car on time and within the estimate. The final product was great. Plus, they detailed the car and said I could come back annually for another detail so they could monitor & check on the repairs they made. Plus, they guarantee the repair for life (or at least for the life that I own the car). I got recommendations and saw /read the reviews on how good they are, but you don't fully appreciate it until you receive it firsthand. They now have a repeat customer. Joe & Jennifer, thank you!

Less than one star would be an appropriate rating for a company that has had our vehicle for almost 5 months. We dropped off the car on 6-3 and this is what it looks like on 10-27. My wife went to check on her car in person after repeated lies from the owners stating that they were waiting on a part. NOT TRUE. They haven't even started working on it. The inside of the vehicle is disgusting and going to need to be detailed. Going to speak with my insurance adjuster and figure out where to take it now that we know for certain that Shoemaker Collision can't be trusted.

Brought my car after a run in with a concrete pillar in a parking garage. Joe and his team were thorough. I was kept in the loop on timelines. I felt like I was paying a fair price and the quality of the work was outstanding. Highly recommend Joe and his team -solid, honest, humble businesspeople. I hope I never wed a reason to be back but if I do, this is my place. Thanks guys!

Reached out after business hours - Joe responded, offered to make an appointment after hours or to have someone ready for when I come by. I brought my car the next morning and he handled the issue himself. Beyond the excellent customer service, his work was excellent, timely, and well worth the drive. I appreciated his help. Look no further for a place to handle your business.

I was needing a paint match on our RV so I yelped RV paint and got this company in Spring Hill. I called but got voice mail so I hung up. Immediately I got a call back. After asking some questions I decided to head in their direction. They were extremely helpful and kind. Mixed my paint for me on the spot while I waited. I would not only highly recommend them but would go back in a heartbeat if I needed work done. Great customer service.

I won a certificate for a free car detailing through my work. When I called to schedule an appointment, Jennifer was extremely accommodating of my hectic schedule. They even offered to pick up my car from work in the morning, and then give me a ride to my car whenever I was ready in the afternoon. It was so nice to not have to worry, or try to fit a specific time window. They do have loaner vehicles too. As for the actual detailing, I am thrilled! My car looks and smells like new again. I've had it for about 3 years, so it was quite dirty. They even found my sunglasses, which have been missing for months. Even though they weren't making any money, they still took the time to do a quality job. Highly recommend this family business!

I have a 16 year old car that is in great condition. Front bumper was loose with a missing part. This company agreed that the car was not worth a brand new bumper so they replaced a part and rigged up a fix. I was impressed with the price to fix, the amount of time spent waiting and customer service. We will definitely be back if we have any other issues. This was the first time I didn't take it to the dealer. I recommend this business with 5 stars!

After being hit on 35, I took my Taurus to Shoemakers since they were just down the street from our subdivision that we just moved in to at the end of summer. I'm really glad I chose Shoemakers. Besides the lifetime warranty and courteous fast service I couldn't expect anything more . Im very pleased with the repair and cleanliness of my car when I picked it up. I would highly recommend Shoemakers to everybody needing auto repairs. Ill be back to use them again for my hobby car.
