Shillingburg's Repair Shop

Not at all impressed or pleased. Dropped my lawnmower off on Friday, May10 because it suddenly just wouldn't keep running. The owner told me that he was very busy and behind, but that he would get to it as soon as he could and give me a call if there were any big problems. The following Friday I dropped by to check the status and was told that he hadn't been able to look at it yet. Today, May 31, 3 weeks later, I stopped by again to check on any progress and was told that he still hadn't even looked at it. Obviously a very busy man, but too inconsiderate to even call after 3 weeks to let me know that he wasn't going to look at, let alone repair my lawnmower. A little consideration would have been nice.
