Shell Food Mart & Gasoline

My car broke down thete last night been trying to call to make sure they dont have it towed but cant reach them

Dear management,
Your employee working the register on Friday, 12/20 around 4:50p could use a class or two on customer service! She was extremely rude! No greeting, no smile, nothing. Very unwelcoming. When I asked if they had a restroom, she didn't look up and just pointed to the direction where the door was located. So rude!
Once in the restroom, it was filthy and unflushed! What do these employees do? Nothing, they just stand around and are rude people.

Also, note... this is NOT a Shell gas station it's "Speedway"... so if you plan on using that She'll credit card for points don't waste any gas coming here!

Typical shell gas station/convenient store located at the I-5 Country Club exit.

Prices are comparable to the Safeway gas station located a block away but offer a variety of snacks items witch Safeway doesn't.

The service area where the pumps are located are clean and well kept as is the inside of the store.

They also have a Subway sandwich shop located inside so if you need gas and a quick sandwich stop by.

The girl/cashier is Always on the phone making personal calls. Lines was pretty long and doesnt care.

Was returning from a funeral and needed some gas. I get out pay for gas start pumping. I go into the store for a pack of chewing gum. I come out and some dude is filling his tank using my pump. At first I couldn't believe it. Then he made some excuse that he thought it was his pump. What an idiot~

Some of the employees here should be fired. Ive been at the location many times and I've literally walked in, payed for gas and food or drinks and they don't even greet me or let alone say a word!!! I said "thank you" before leaving and they don't even say shit back like what terrible service!!!
