Truly an artist! (Arteeeeest, even). Ian hosted a corporate event for us and was absolutely tremendous. Knowledgeable, friendly, and created custom cocktails specifically for us. Wonderfully engaging and his resulting beverages were simply on point!

Ian McCarthy of Sharpshooter was the bartender for our intimate wedding last month! He was very responsive, professional and a pleasure to work with during the planning process. His hand crafted cocktails are beyond excellent, of the highest quality, and perfectly composed. He is a real gentleman and very polite, also authentic with a spicy sense of humor! Watching him at work is truly a performance and the gorgeous vintage steamer trunk bar sets the perfect stage. It complimented our wedding venue and silk road / world traveler vibe perfectly. When he chilled the glasses it created a misty fog... It looked like the real fog that surrounded our Carmel wedding was inside the glasses! The pictures and video of the fog filled glasses and artful cocktails are to die for. We have received unending compliments from our guests. His rates are excellent and he was very honest in letting us know that we had overpaid, promptly refunding the excess. He was also very generous in leaving us whatever spirits were left over after our event. We will definitely book with Ian and Sharpshooter for future events, and will continue recommending them to friends and family.
