I come here each year for a pre bday and pre beach getaway pedicure. And they place you in the BEST massage chair ever!

There are concerts playing on the big screen, and the vibe is so friendly!

A must do for anyone who needs to decompress!

I went to get waxing for my upper lip and chin area. The lady did it so harshly that she scraped my skin badly around the area of my mouth that even make- up can't cover the exposed skin and redness. Its been three days and I am still very red, it burns badly and very uncomfortable. I've been doing waxing all my life but this never happened. I just went to show them, the owner just told me put aloe vera on my skin, not even sorry or any apology. She kept saying when people have sensitive skin it happens but that's not the case, I even did waxing from the same salon multiple times. I don't want the girl who did to get into any trouble but they at least needs to take the accountability or return the money.

Do not go here.

1. There was a girl working there coughing or trying not to cough the entire time. She was clearly sick. She left at one point to go outside because she kept coughing, then came back with a tea. I left immediately after she came back.

2. They rushed through the entire manicure/pedicure (which was honestly fine after this girl wouldn't stop coughing in a global pandemic). Didn't even cut cuticles and barely filed nails.

3. The place was dirty. I'm talking very dirty - i saw 3 spiders behind the pedicure chair I was sitting in to my left. It looked like it had never been dusted, let alone any sort of additional cleaning we have come to expect during the pandemic.

Honestly worst manicure/pedicure experience I have ever had, I had to get up and leave at one point it was so bad. Would not recommend going here with all the options around.

We are a group of college friends who get together every Memorial Day Weekend to reconnect. One of the ways we bond and relax is to get manis/pedis/short massages at Serenity. We are usually a group of about six to seven women who all arrive at the same time. Serenity consistently provides excellent service. Chill atmosphere, very clean, with attentive service. Our group has been going there for about 10 years based on the recommendation of our hostess. Fair prices for area. Highly recommend.

We've been looking for a new nail spa for months and have finally found an amazing place! Serenity Spa is located on a quiet street in Chappaqua with street parking. The owners are friendly and kind, the music is calm and soothing, and the service is impeccable! Who could ask for anything more?! Prices are reasonable and it's a luxurious experience

Terrible job in taking down appointments. For 3 times in a row, the manicurist is not ready and tries to make me wait for 30 minutes even if I made an appointment days in advance.

I've bee getting my nails done by the people who own the Serenity Spa since they had their other location in Pleasantville. They're always very nice and they do a great job. Today Johanna gave me a manicure and pedicure and as always it looks fabulous.

After moving to the area from the city, I tried every nail salon I could find in Chappaqua and Mount Kisco. I liked a few of them, but Serenity Spa is now my go-to. My nails will chip after a few days from most places, but the manicures from here last for a full week. The staff is friendly and efficient, and I would highly recommend this place.

This is an EXCELLENT nail salon. The equipment is all brand new. There is a large flat screen TV, and the proprietors have a wonderful selection of music videos. It's like going to a concert while getting a mani and pedi. The complimentary massages are divine. They also have complimentary beverages, and a courteous and talented staff. If all of this wasn't enough, my favorite feature is that they actually sterilize all of their instruments and tools. I work in the dental field, and know how important sterile instruments are, especially in this day and age. At Serentity Spa in Chappaqua, you can have a wonderful and relaxing spa like experience with the peace of mind that comes with knowing everything is clean and sterile!
I would highly recommend this nail salon to anyone who wants an terrific manicure and pedicure in a relaxing environment.
