I had a perk lip treatment done by Erin Pacheco and it was amazing, she really is knowledgeable about the product and what it does to my lips, she sat me down and told me step by step of what I should expect and also the aftercare. I love how she did half of my lips first then I really saw difference. I would definitely go back and do my perk lip treatment with Erin because I felt very comfortable and at ease while she was doing the service. It was my first time to get this treatment done and I'm totally satisfied by the results, if you're the type that wants to see the results asap like me, then this treatment is for you! Love also how she's so patient explaining to me the benefits of this treatment, makes me wanna come back for more!

Great products and fast delivery service with lots of samples. Love Sephora! Love the notices in the app and the many excellent freebies.

Terrible customer service. I've been VIB many years and even ROUGE and have had a hard time getting any actual help. Even trying to return something I got in store, online. Because I don't live within 4 hours of a store and I just so happen to pass one and was color matched with the wrong tone. They wouldn't let me return it through the mail. And wouldn't work with me as a long time customer. They GIVE AWAY products to people but couldn't take something back? So weird. Find me at ULTA

Where else can you get almost all your makeup needs? they dont' have all the brands, but it's enough in a pinch. Not everyone wants to get their stuff at a drugs store or the Bay. So where else really is there to go? OK, So this isn't the biggest place but there is one in Richmond. A welcome addition to this mall.
I came originally looking for the L'Occitane hand lotion in the mall. The L'Occitane store hand't opened up yet and Sephora carried it. They don't carry everything. I was looking for the body spray as well. A friend recommended it, loved the scent of it. but they didn't have the body spray. :(
With Christmas coming around the corner, it makes a great shopping place for stocking stuffers and gifts.
And really? Do you really shop at the Bay? That's for Moms and Grandmas..........(joke, sorry Bay, we love you too)Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - S C.Vancouver, Canada5143818Dec 10, 2020
They put a lot of the traveller sizes of the foundation on the shelf in the payment queue area but they did not stock up on the shelf for that brand (They only put one traveller size for each type of that brand). Also, it was difficult to get the products from the drawer underneath the tester area. In addition, the cashier did not give us the samples that we wanted; she gave us what they had instead.

My favorite play store. Its like going to Play land but even better. Love shopping here. You get to check out the perfume and what is new like eye liner style, nail polish (my favorite section), serum and other products.
Sales here are very friendly and they don't pester you around or anything like that. They let you do your own thing.
Every time, I come here I can spend at least 10 mins or more. Sometimes, when shopping here my parents leave me here and come back for me later.
This Sephora is not as big as the Downtown locations but its just as fun.
Thumbs up!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Shalendra D.Richmond, Canada1610Mar 30, 2019
Vernie did was amazing with my makeup. She took her time and my makeup was flawless. Karm assisted to put the finishing touches. Thank u guys do much. The only reason I did not do the 5 stars was because my lashes fell off before the party started. Probably the brand.

Not the nicest one compared to DT or Metrotown, but it'll do. Especially if you like the Origins line like I do. It's the best mask for me as it doesn't sting or make your skin feel like it's burning lol.
Located on right side, inside corner.
Ok service, hit and miss. Good with the samples.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Wendy S.Vancouver, Canada3491343Apr 12, 2015
This location is not as crazy busy or packed as the Pacific Centre or Metrotown location which I greatly appreciate. Don't need to fight to get through the aisles or extend my arm between bodies to try to grab a little product from the shelf to test.
The staff here are friendly but are not overly up in your business about trying to help you or give you advice when you are browsing the different shelves. Store is well maintained, organized and clean and are usually well stocked except when they have special events where you are lucky they even have products on the shelves.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Agnes W.Richmond, Canada38192Jan 28, 2019Updated review
sephora has always been a great place to explore and play with makeup without the stress of being pressured to buy. that said, carol from this particular location absolutely takes away from that.
i was looking at a caudalie creme for my mum when she came over (almost blocking me from the display entirely) and in a very stern tone, told me that that's not what i needed, before doing a look up/ down and walking away. she never asked what/ who im shopping for, nor made any effort to suggest products. like my previous review, this location is only good for returning online products.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Jan 31, 2015Previous reviewProbably one of the worst Sephora stores in Lower Mainland.
The store isn't big, and during shopping seasons they're never fully stocked-- I was looking for an Urban Decay lipstick and the display was half empty, which is tedious. It shouldn't be that hard to restock a store this small.
The girls, although there are two or three that I've met that are super helpful, the rest are almost resentful of my existence, or so it seems. Granted, I didn't enter the store with a Chanel purse, but I am a Rouge member regardless and I get "the look" when I ask for help with products. "Can you tell me more about Atelier Cologne?" "They're very highly concentrated, meaning they last longer." DOES THAT MEAN THIS BRAND WILL BE FOREVER IN BUSINESS? WHAT LAST LONGER?? "Hi I am looking for bath products!" "I only have these Fresh cubes." WAIT WHAT IS THAT SPARKLY BOTTLE OF PHILOSOPHY GEL I SEE BESIDE YOU??? "I'd like to be colour matched" "*brings me to Marc Jacobs counter* i think this is your colour" WHOA WHOA WHOA WHAT HAPPENED TO USING THE COLOUR IQ MACHINE?
Also! Worth noting is that I have NEVER been greeted upon entering! I'm 5'9"! I am as tall as the displays! HELLO???
You still get two stars cause you're closest to my house and never questioned much when I returned products that cause allergies.
