I would give this business negative stars if possible, because of Dina Shroth. She was the officer in charge of our transaction. Because it took her so long to clear title, closing was delayed and the seller paid to have our loan lock extended or we would have lost our rate. She didn't know what the new closing date was and put undue pressure on our notary to have things in by noon on Thursday when the extension had us closing the following Monday. Commission payment to our RE agent was delayed because Dina failed to communicate to her that she needed to submit some document. We had to ask multiple times to have an electronic copy of our docs. sent to us, and we finally got them from our loan officer, not her.

And the cherry on top: we almost had our insurance cancelled because she failed to pay the premium out of escrow, even though it was an impound account. This is after multiple communications from the insurance co., the insurance agency, and our loan officer. She couldn't even be bothered to follow through and contact my insurance company to get a payment receipt so I could be reimbursed, as I paid the premium directly. I had to forward her the email with the receipt attached. I will update with the date I finally get my refund. I am not holding my breath.

Stay away! If the seller specifies this agency - find another property or specify another agency in your contingencies.

This place pales in comparison to any other title agency I have ever worked with. And I've worked with a lot. The seller chose this title agency for a recent purchase. They were difficult to deal with, had to ask the same questions more than once, and then when it came time later to actually get a closing statement in an electronic format, they completely ghosted us when every other title agency provides this as a courtesy. This place is a joke.

Just your typical title agency, charge a high fee but don't really do anything except prepare docs and provide "title insurance" which is really not needed in this day and age. They will not respond to your emails / voice mails / phone calls especially after the close. I just wanted a copy of the closing docs in electronic format for my tax preparer, but they had only given us the typical title company stack of papers. Not even a 1990s CD. They did not respond to any of my requests.

I have been working with Security Title for several years and Gina Cole in particular for the last two. I am so pleased with that responsiveness I recieve when I have questions about an escrow. She and her assistant Trina, have always been so great. I would highly recommend them and am happy that they take such great care of my clients.

We worked with Gina Cole and Jared Radden. Please don't work with these people. They don't answer phone calls (even if you leave a voicemail) , they don't answer emails, and you can't find them in their office during office hours.

I wish there was a zero star rating. Emailed a question, got no response but did get a demand to complete a questionnaire. No help, no response, from Jessica Taylor. Hours are not consumer friendly. Typical business that you need them but they don't need you. Go to a competing title company!

This title company gives really great service. I have worked with quite a few title companies and security title is always on top of things. They make signing a breeze and Victoria Smith and Susan Cunningham are incredibly professional. Definitely people you would want on your team.

I have tried to contact Joe Bartley the manager to follow up on my Earnest return. I send them the denial letter along with other docs. They refuse to return my funds even after appropriate documentation. I would be careful working with this company they won't return your calls or emails.

Our experience at this office was great, from the minute we contacted them. The front desk staff was warm and welcoming and our escrow officer, Bianca Gonzalez, was a pleasure to work with. She kept us well informed and was easy to reach, throughout the entire title process. I would definitely recommend Bianca, for all of your title needs.
