We had our wedding party here, it was so cozy and I loved it! This man is genuine, sweet, and generous.

I hate to do it, because running a small restaurant is so hard, but we stopped by because of the good (although not recent) reviews...... and evidently the place must have really gone down hill. The owner was the only person there so he is also the cook and waiter. He is also seems to be a very good guy. But that does not make up for the overall quality, tiny portions and surroundings of the place. I'm not going g to hammer him because he is such a nice guy, but I don't know how the place is still in business..

      ***** CASH or CHECK ******

Don't let that detour you - good eats!

This was a surprise dining experience. The owner is a delight and fabulous chef. Chicken fired chicken and seasonal vegetables were flavorful and delicious. Others had the filet and it was cooked perfectly to this liking and the chicken fried steak was delicious too.

      A gem.

I've been meaning to visit this dive for a while, and honestly it was just a matter of my mood and timing that I haven't. The hours are limited- but so worth paying attention to. This is such a great place... one of the rare kinds that renews your faith in humanity. The food was delicious, like a flavorful home cooked meal made by a close friend- very customized and a laid back atmosphere. I really like the owner, he's just a really nice guy. I got to spend an evening chatting with his wife about life and it was a great experience.
This is one of those places you often forget about but really regret it each time you step inside. Cozy, friendly, really great food.

Make sure to note: it's cash only! Lol

Absolutely the best steak I have had. This place has a few laid back feel just the husband and wife team. This owner has owned several large restaurants in past years so he definitely knows how to cook. Cash or check only but it is so worth every second of your time spent there. Can't wait to go back.

Amazing little restaurant. The food was cooked to perfection, and the people who run it are delightful. I had been wanting to check this place because of all the good reviews. Since my friend was visiting from Seattle, we decided to be adventurous and take him there. He loved it, and so did we.
A couple of things to know:
*Go there when you want to have a leisurely meal and are not in a hurry. The food is cooked to order, so it can take a little longer than at other places, but it was not that long in my opinion.
      * BYOB. They do not sell alcohol, but they said you can bring your own.
      * Cash Only! We had to run to a nearby gas station and get cash out of the ATM. They were pretty cool about it, but better come prepared.
Please visit Sardis Point Cafe, you will love it.

This place is an amazing hidden gem! You must note, however, that you cannot go in here if you're looking for a quick meal. Be prepared to take your time, relax, and chat with the owner...who is also the server and the chef. He is a super friendly guy who spends some time getting to know you, which is nice.

The place looks like a small converted house and is super cozy and comfortable. The menu is not very extensive, but there were quite few specials listed on the board. I ordered the shrimp Diablo with Bok choy and roasted potatoes and my coworker ordered the Rosemary pork loin with the same sides. The food looked amazing and tasted even better! Not to mention the amount of food we were each served. For myself, I received 6 LARGE shrimp wrapped in bacon with jalapeño. I was full halfway through, but it was so good that I cleared my plate.

This place was amazing. I loved everything about it! I rarely give a place 5 stars, but this place more than deserves it. I would come back here again in a heartbeat.

The ambience is unusual which makes this place even better. Feels like you are walking into someone's eclectic home. Your host, waiter, server, chef, cashier and busboy are one and the same. Can't stress enough, don't come here if you want in and out service! All of our steaks were cooked just as we ordered. Vegetables were very good. Great "staff". Took business associates here and all loved the atmosphere.
I usually don't eat steaks out as I REALLY like my own. Definitely plan to introduce others to this quaint place.

I was running late and got there a few minutes after
closing, Joe was there and welcomed me. I figure he would be mad but he instead was very welcoming. We had the filet and rosemary seared pork loin. Joe, the service, and the food was outstanding ! 10 Stars!
