Sarah's On Main

My breakfast special of French toast with fresh berries and whipped cream and my husbands eggs, hash browns and hash was wonderful! Will return!

This is one of the places that is always a crowd-pleaser when we have an office lunch. The Keith is good as well as the California Club.

Ladies Brunch
A group of us meet monthly for brunch and have chosen Sarah's On Main the last two times. Our reasons for returning are:
1. Cosy and welcoming feeling with unique artwork on the walls of the "house".
2. Tables big enough to accommodate 6-8 of us. ( we call in advance)
3. Home-cooked food with a unique twist.
4. Service with a smile. Maybe not super attentive, but they also don't make us feel that we should hurry up and vacate the table.
We will be back, maybe try the lunch menu. We also try to car pool. Parking can be a challenge.

10/10 would recommend for a great breakfast meal. The home fries and homemade corned beef hash are a must have! The maple bacon and cream cheese French toast was very filling and would rate that dish 4/5. Service was great, and the ambiance in the restaurant was very pleasant!

Unfortunately not worth the 30 minute drive we made. Came here as one of my coworkers recommended it and decided to try it out. It is a small little spot that seemed to be a town favorite. They had some specials of the day and I opted for the pistachio french toast. It left much to be desired. I liked that they used brioche bread but other than pistachios on top I didn't taste anything different. There was no flavor at all. I thought the iced coffee might save the meal but unfortunately it couldn't. I tried a few sips and realized that there was so many coffee grounds making it undrinkable. The server was nice and that is the only positive I could find. I did end up getting sick later in the day but I don't know if I can credit it to the food.

Wow!!! So pleased to find this gem! We moved up from New Haven area and have struggled to find quality restaurants but we stopped looking today!!! Will be back 1,000 times!!!

The Buttermilk Chicken Sandwich was to die... tender, crispy. homemade ranch, light roll, perfect t pickles, just delicious.

Great food, family atmosphere. Stopped on our way to Wesleyan for track meet and this place did not disappoint! Broccoli Rabe, Italian sausage, garlic with poached eggs and home fries was out of this world! Definitely a great breakfast spot!

Great breakfast with homemade corned beef hash was the best around. The hot chocolate had homemade whipped cream. If you like hot sauce they had 43 different varieties. Very Friendly staff too We will be back!!

A staff member was extremely rude in the parking lot before entering. Will not be coming back.

I have been here for so many weekend brunches and am always impressed with the kind service and great prices. My favorite is the home fries which has the best balance of salty and savory seasoning. I usually get one of the Eggs Benedict's because of the great prices. A cute touch to the homey vibe is the fun mugs used for tea and coffee. I would recommend for families and friends alike. If it's a nice day, it's also beautiful to sit outside in their picnic seating areas.

Everyone there was kind and welcoming. The food was great but the HOMEFRIES were seasoned in a way that I have never seen before and it was delicious!! The place itself was small and cozy. We will definitely be back.
