What a gem. A simple menu for meat lovers. The salad that accompanies is fantastic as well. Great prices and delicious steak. The chimichurri (a S. American sauce made with garlic, olive oil and spices) is terrific. Its been going for a few months now. ¡¡Bien hecho Ozzie el mago!! Milanesas de Carne, Pollo, Pork y churrasco sándwiches!!+ Choripan with Chimichurri fries!

This is place is awesome. Even if your not familiar with Argentine food you will like it. Keep your eye open for their food truck in front of their building.
The owner Oswaldo is a super nice guy and his food is excellent and fresh. They have outside seating and also nice clean seating inside with restroom.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - EatsL C.Alameda, CA666656Mar 15, 2023
If you're looking for a food truck in San Carlos that has freshly cooked meats with endless flavors, great positive attitude from the Chef himself (exceptionally excellent service every time), home cooked vibes this is the only window you need to visit!
For lunch, I had the chicken sandwich with the side of fries. It is worth every penny! I know I'll be back soon and I hope you do the same
Suggestion to yelpers: try their Milanesa Beef, very tender and again, just as flavorful as the chicken sandwich I had today!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Bianca I.Neptune Township, NJ103737Sep 4, 2023
Delicious hidden food truck in San Carlos. The grilled chicken and chicken Milanese are amazing. Their chimichurri sauce is so fresh and flavorful. They use fresh acme bread for all their sandwiches. Very friendly and quick service! The owner gave me a bowl of rice with sliced chicken milanese to try while I waited. They also have tables set up in a covered patio next to the truck.

Just happened to bike past this place and smelled the great food coming from the truck. Then the owner Oswaldo welcomed me to taste the food and I was hooked. He also spent the time to talk to me and tell me about how he started the business. Super friendly guy and great food. I highly recommend it and I'll be back with my family. Oh yeah, he let me look inside his truck and it was immaculately clean and everything is fresh and cooked to order. There is also ample outdoor and indoor seating.

3.5 stars overall but rounding up. Sarah's Latin Taste is a food truck serving great Argentinian food, which isn't very easy to find in the Bay Area. Although they serve out of a food truck, there were good sized indoor and outdoor seating areas set up. It was a 15 minute wait for my order called in at 2:30pm on a Wednesday. I tried:
-Milanesa (Chicken Breast, Garlic, Parsley, Breadcrumbs, Herbs, Sandwich/$12, https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?select=oJGW0GJ-easpNxXMbiKFiQ&userid=76vIFZcC7owykCBjMfGVXg): I liked the sandwich overall, and thought the bread and other components worked really well together. I also liked the crust on the chicken breast milanesa, but the chicken breast itself was too dry for my preference. I would order this sandwich again, but choose the beef or pork milanesa the next time around.
-Churrasco Steak Plate (Grilled Skirt Steak w/Chimichurri & Fries, 7oz/$24, https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?select=xsg9UQUFTzvQ0M7ARM9tyw&userid=76vIFZcC7owykCBjMfGVXg): Yum- the steak was cooked well and tender. I loved their chimichurri, which was super flavorful, and really made this dish. The fries were solid, super plentiful, and also tasted great with the chimichurri. Recommended!
Their staff (owners?) were super friendly and helpful, and were wearing masks correctly. I will be back to try their beef and pork milanesa and churrasco steak sandwich. Hand sanitizer was available, and there were a few parking spots at the time in their shared lot with other businesses.Helpful 19Thanks 0Love this 15Oh no 0 - Susan S.Redwood City, CA017Dec 7, 2023

What a fabulous fun find! A permanent food truck, with great fresh food right here in San Carlos. Old County Road is becoming a surprise spot for restaurants. I had just the freshest food and friendliest assistance. Do go and enjoy.

I've been to Sarah's Latin Taste a couple of times in the past few years, and as an Argentinean I give it my seal of approval!
This last visit, my partner and I decided to split a beef milanesa sandwich, a grilled pork sandwich, and a sausage plate. Everything came with fries on the side, with the portion for the plate being way bigger than the portion that comes with the sandwiches.
The milanesa sandwich was really good: it was perfectly fried, it came with chimichurri, and it was super flavorful. The grilled pork (bondiola) sandwich was the star for me: the pork was divine, perfectly cooked and tasted like heaven (I am a bit biased, however, as I had been craving some bondiola for many months). The only that wasn't as Argentinean was the sausage. Don't get me wrong: it's delicious, and it's perfectly grilled, but it was closer to a regular sausage than a chorizo.
Something else that I should point out is that the chimichurri they serve here is the real deal. It's more like a flavored oil than a pesto, with lots of garlic and parsley, and adding just a bit of it to your meal will make your heart sing.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 1 - Mehr A.San Carlos, CA073Mar 24, 2023
These guys understand quality and how to build a sandwich. It all starts with great quality bread built on high-quality ingredients with mouthwatering spices. Love their food and the environment which is homey and unassuming. Highly recommend him.
Oh yes, and don't forget the ice cold beer mug! The attention to the details.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Dario T.San Mateo, CA2292718Jul 28, 2023
