Like many others, I've waited to have my eyebrows done for years. So glad Robin Pels was recommended to me by my awesome aesthetician, Sharlyn Dado.

Robin took time to be clear with what I was looking for and explained the "expectations vs reality". She was a joy to work with, her professional demeanor and down to earth attitude helping to relax me.

Instead of one flat color on my brows, she used a variety of colors and explained that it helps with depth and dimension, to make them look as natural as possible. You will need to maintain the work that has been done, and Robin will ply you with all the information needed to keep them tip-top.

I've had super light eyebrows my whole life. Every day I put on make-up to darken them. I did a lot of online research and was extremely impressed with Robin's reviews and pictures. She got right back to me and answered all my questions with a straight forward manner. At my appointment I was still so nervous; this was after all permanent and on my face. She talked to me the whole time and worked so expertly. I cannot express how happy I've been with the results. The symmetry, arch and natural look has given me the eyebrows I always wanted! She really is an artist and Sonoma County is so lucky to have her! I can just go out now without makeup and when I swim I still have eyebrows lol!

This woman (Robin) is truly an angel. Sweet, down to earth, and completely honest about what can and cannot be achieved.

Which unfortunately for me, I did not find her for my first wack at eyebrows. I saw someone else. I was told I couldn't have hair-stroke, that I could only get powder, well okay. Sure. I ended up having to see this person 3 times, 2 of which supposedly were tracing my outline of a brow I wanted. Not even close, 3 times. Said it was normal to have more than 3. IT IS NOT!

After being fed up with 3+ sessions of maybe getting what I may or may not want every time and a ton of pain, I went looking for another tattoo artist. To ad to my predicament, my wedding is quickly approaching. 24 days left and no room for anymore guess and checks.

I found Robin! Oh my God girl you are the BEST there is. I'm not just saying that out of normal 'thanks' conversation. No, seriously you are the absolutely BEST there is in your trade. Without a doubt, I would be comfortable having you give me any facial cosmetic work by surprise and not doubt your ability one bit! She was able to squeeze me into her busy schedule to fix m brows before my wedding and nail hem on the FIRST TRY. None of this hey lets try for a bunch of sessions.

I was able to walk around like it was normal makeup all day and not look like a freak with puffy wack brows. She was so gentle and patient with me as my eyes and sinuses would kinda stuff up a bit. I honestly could have fallen asleep with her working on my brows. Best part? I got my hair stroke just like I wanted with a mix of powder. Oh I'm so happy.

Woke up this morning to this glamorous eyebrows on 24/7 fleek. And they're not even a little swollen or sore at all!

I'm so happy Robin came back to Santa Rosa! We are so lucky to have such an amazing permanent makeup artist here in town!! She has such a soft touch and her work is perfect!! I've been to a few other people for my permanent makeup: I went to a horrible permanent makeup artist (message me and I'll tell you who) in Santa Rosa a few times where she went so deep she left scars and after everything they turned pink! After her I went to Amy at perfection 3D eyebrows in the city to correct my pink eyebrows from the first lady and now that Robin is here I'm just so happy I don't have to drive so far to get awesome eyebrows!! I had permanent lash liner applied to my eyes in 2006. It has since completely faded away. I tried to have it reapplied by yet another nameless individual, and was disappointed with the almost invisible finished work.

Then Robin opened her office in Santa Rosa, I JUMPED at the opportunity to get my lash liners reapplied.
