Horrible property management company. We had to live in unacceptable conditions while they replaced tile in first level of the home due to a busted water heater. 6 months! Couldn't use our kitchen. They couldn't get it together. They also couldn't get us for any charges, so they had the pool guy top the pool off with water at our expense. Then they charged us for cleaning the house and carpet when we were already charged for it upfront when we signed the lease AND we left the house SPOTLESS! Paint and all! Read your lease and be prepared to be fleeced.

Update: To those who are happy with Sansone, word of caution, wait till you have to leave. That's when they stuck it to us. Just you wait and see. Can't say I didn't warn you.

Sansone management is great! Mike gets the services done! Lived here 10 years and no issues.
They take of good tenants and owners.

It didn't do cleaning, honor contract inspection and took my money blindly. These company deals with residential and business a like. One of my doctor's office was left unattended as well. My community neighbors dealt with them. Same issues. Avoid dealing with dispurratable company. As soon as my contact it's up I'm out their dominion. Court wasted my time and $1000, on favor of this company. I'm disappointed with court system who allowed me to be a victim to this vermin company. Everything bad I read about them it's truth.

Still never received clarification or an explanation on why we are charged $3600! For rent!

He tells me that he will talk to the land lord and I never get a call back..

I hope this house stays on the market for another year again after we vacate.

Charged me for a Toilet handle and charged me for the toilet flooding. How?

Just offered to buy three or four of his sellers houses and Devon just blew me off. The market is very hot right now, so I'm sure you'll be able to find another buyer but you don't have to treat your sellers client like crap. Stay away!!!!

Property manager was rude, very judgemental, discriminates against college students. Never met these good scholars, quiet students, but quick to judge. Wouldn't give a second thought.

Worse place I have ever done business with. Claimed property damage to a yard that was maintained by them weekly and that we had not paid rent for 3 months, which for those that deal with Sansone know that you cannot be a week late without having a pay or vacate notice on the door from the constable. Very poorly run and mismanaged business. Unfortunately they own a lot of property if you can avoid doing business with them I recommend it. They, in my opinion stole my deposit. I would give no stars if possible

Worst experience ever renting from them. Upon moving out we were told our inspection went well. A month later after inquiring about our deposit all the sudden documents are uploaded saying we get $0 deposit back. This is now almost 4 months later and they claiming we get no deposit back even they charged us to repaint entire household which is normal wear and tear.

If a zero star was possible, that's what they would get. Sansone manages several residential and business properties. This review is for the Pecos Park town homes on Wigwam and Pecos.

Save yourself the headache and stress, these properties are older than Hugh Hefner, and Sansone is stingier than the stingiest person you know!

A/C units are falling apart and running off fumes, their pluming is ridiculous, expensive, and the staff at Sansone can give two sh***ts about your needs. I was able to manage to complete a one year contract but it was the longest one year EVER!

Read the fine print! I got out of having to pay for many things by slapping them with the terms of the contract because they would constantly breach their own contract. To top it off, they tried to make me pay for professional carpet cleaning at move-out and they wanted me to hire a cleaning crew to professional clean the property when it specifically states in the contract the nonrefundable cleaning fee deposit goes towards all of this.

Stay away from these people!

WARNING! Do not sign with this company. Extremely shady!! Falsified pic that several years old. Moved here from another state. Just had pics. Only been with less than 7 months and gas grill blew up, considered "hazardous" by the gas company and they charged $95.00 for installation. Only 2 week notice raising landscaping fees. This is just a couple of items that are terrible their is a long list!!! They say they can get away with it because it's on lease!!
