      For the love of god please have a professional consult with you guys on your phone tree! Every time I've ever called you I get hung up on!!! How do you guys have no clue this happens when it's been going on for years! I'm ready to take my business elsewhere!!!

      Everyone was super nice here, attentive and very friendly. I came to get my car checked out due to evacuating and my car then told me that I needed an oil change. The first time I showed up to the dealership there was a wait so they advised me to make an appointment. Once I made the appt and brought my car in it was smooth sailing. Everything was communicated to me and we were able to get my car in and out with no problem! If you're ever in the area this is where you want to come! Thanks so much y'all!

      I have been to this dealers service department twice with my late model Nissan. Neither time could they help me. Today, I advised them exactly what was wrong and they wanted to repair it beyond what was needed. With a lifetime of experience and 8 years of college I did not fall off the proverbial turnip truck. They wanted to repair a $5.00 part with 180% of the cost and they "didn't have the part". I am not opposed to them making a profit at all. But where was the customer service. I drove to Walmart, bought the part, $3.49 and fixed it in 5 minutes. This is a pathetic excuse for a service department.

      Don't waste you time on this one. I was really excited when they came into town and went to buy a car today but unfortunately, they had already sold the vehicle I was interested in. I found a comparable vehicle and the salesman and I came to an agreement on the deal. After securing financing I called back to confirm and the salesman told me he couldn't sell me the vehicle at the agreed upon price. I called the manager and can't say I was satisfied with his apology.
